🪲Bug fixes
Hey there! We’ve been busy with some pest control to squash the bugs that were creeping into your TidyHQ experience. Here’s what we’ve fixed so far:
- Broken Link in Membership Expiry Emails:
Renewing memberships should be a breeze, right? Turns out, a couple of “rogue” quotation marks were breaking the URL link in our emails. We’ve fixed that, so renewing is smooth sailing from now on.
- Date on Emails:
Anyone here guilty of procrastinating before hitting send? :raising_hand: Well, our system was outing you by showing the start date of your draft email as the ‘sent’ date. No more! Now, it shows the actual send date, keeping your secret safe.
- Membership Renewal Payment Issue:
Happy EOFY! But oops, we had a hiccup. With many organisations’ memberships expiring on June 30, some of you got charged more than once. We’re really sorry about that! We’ve boosted our capacity to handle the rush in the future. #GrowingPains
- Expired Membership Email Overload:
We get it — you want your members to know their memberships have expired, but bombarding them with 5 emails in 2 minutes is a bit much. We’ve fixed the issue, so they’ll get just one polite nudge now.
