  1. Customise the automatic emails when buying tickets

I am new to TidyHQ and working with a professional marketer and this is the first main gripe we have. Not being able to add further detail and communication to the automatic emails with purchasing tickets is a real disadvantage.

  2. Ability to search emails

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

  3. 'Or; filter

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  6. Sponsors names/logos on digital membership card

The digital membership cards are great. ,If we were able to select up to 8 sponsors including logos that could be loaded onto the back of the membership card. This will work best if it applies to all membership types and maybe selected from the sponsor page on the website settings page. Winners all round. a win/win for our club, members and sponors awin/win for

  7. Discount Codes โ€ข Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  9. Enhanced Membership Reporting

Create a dashboard or reports to help with illustrating to a committee or board what is happening with memberships. Date/Period - Be able to define the period we want to report on (like Finance reports) Have it compared with the same, previous period Growth - Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from Memberships. It can be thought of as the total amount of revenue you can reliably expect to receive on a recurring basis. It is one of the most important metrics for a Membership organisation to track, as it provides a forward-looking measure of growth and predicted revenue. We can calculate the approximate MRR by summing the monthly normalized amounts of all subscriptions from which payment is being collected at that time. For example, an annual subscription for $1,200 only counts $100 towards your MRR. This includes subscriptions in the status=active and status=past_due states. MRR Growth Net Revenue New Members - This occurs when a new or existing customer starts a new active subscription, or upgrades from a free subscription to a paid subscription. Products - MRR by M'Ship Level Retention - Member churn rate - The churn rate is measured by the sum of churned members/subscribers in the past 30 days divided by the number of active members/subscribers as of 30 days ago, plus any new members/subscribers in those 30 days. Churned Revenue - The churned revenue for a given period is a sum of lost Monthly Recurring Revenue ("MRRโ€) from churned members/subscribers. If a customer has two subscriptions and cancels both, we will count each cancellation as a churned member/subscriber. Member retention by cohort - Revenue retention by cohort Members - Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM) - is the total Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) divided by the number of active members/subscribers. Lifetime Value (LTV) Recently Churned Members New Members Number of Members holding 1, 2, 3+ Active Memberships

  10. Photo Gallery Option - Page

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

  11. Finances Report with filter based on category.

In the finances report you should be able to click on say membership category and it gives you a list of who has paid what instead of a full total that month or year. I would like to run reports where you could click on a category like apparel and see all the broken up payments and dates things were paid instead of going through the whole invoices pages looking for payments which can take up time.

  13. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

  14. Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.
