  1. Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense

    For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

  2. Total at the bottom of each month in the budget tab.

    I can see a total for each category, but it will be very useful to see what we budget in total for each month so we know where we need the cash flow.

Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms.   4. Discount Codes β€’ Events, Shop, Memberships

    Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  5. Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role

    "Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

  6. Electronic Signatures for Meetings

    In a recent audit, we were picked up for not having out minutes signed. As there is no ability for the Chair to sign electronically, we had to print a hard copy of all minutes and get him to sign for the auditor. Can Tidy HQ please consider adding ability to do electronic signatures by the chair

  7. Invoice as a checkout option

    If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an β€œInvoice me” That would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice. Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.

  8. Ability to search emails

    There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

  10. Store 'signed' membership agreements

    Members 'sign' (digitally agree to) our membership agreement (insurance waiver) when buying a membership, but AFAIK we have no record/repository of those agreements i.e. no evidence that the member signed the agreement or what the agreement contained at the time that they signed it (because Membership levels can be edited at any time). Hence we have to get them to sign a paper copy at events too! It would great if the signed & dated agreements (full text) were saved in the Storage area e.g. as signed PDFs or via some other digital signature system. Smart Waiver (Digital Signature) Integration Integrate with https://www.smartwaiver.com/ Scenario: Our corporate partner that lets us use their land to run mountain bike events and activities requires a digital signature from members. We have worked around this with custom fields but they require a digital signature so we have started to use Smart Waiver... it would be nice if there was an integration with this tool from the memberships and/or the events area.

  11. Ability to search finances

    A search box that I can search for transaction ID, transaction name. Similar to the 'Ability to search emails' request, currently it requires either exporting a CSV and manipulating it in MS Excel or using the browser search/find functionality to find transaction(s) that match what you're looking for. Ideally, we have a search box in the transaction area (similar to your online banking transactions that we could use (together with some additional search filters).

  12. Finance Date Fields

    Get rid of the time on invoices, expenses, deposits and wherever else there are dates. Very cumbersome to have to click 3 times just to get the date in.

  13. Shop size and colour Variations

    Currently you can add eg sizes as variations. If you have colour choices as well you either need to create an item for each colour with size as variation or vice versa. We have a product with 13 sizes and 30 colours. This looks tedious to add this to the shop. Can you allow multiple variation categories and then have an Add Variation Category with a title for it, and then for each category add variations as is currently done.

  14. Reconcile to bank statement

    Having used a number of accounting software programs I feel you need to be able to reconcile your transactions to your bank balance and then those transactions should be removed off the current transaction list-archived. At the moment unless you keep up to date on accounts it seems too cumbersome and not user-friendly.
