⛓ New Types of Contacts Links

Links in the Contacts of TidyHQ allow you to connect two contacts together, and to represent the relationship that exists between them. Until now, Tidy has only allowed family links - parents, children and siblings - to help better represent relationships for family memberships, and manage shared access to accounts.

In today's update, we're introducing three new types of Contact links - to build on our previous work allowing you to better represent organisations in your contacts database. The three new types of Contact Links are:

1. Associated for an organization to organization relationships (e.g. for subsidiaries, and other relationships between two organizations).

2. Personnel for people who can manage an organization / are part of an organization.

3. Personnel of for the inverse of Personnel, i.e. for the organizations a given person can manage.

In addition, you can now specify a Title for the Contact link, to better customise the specific details. For instance, you could have a Parent relationship with the title "Father", or a Personnel relationship with the title "President" - and this will be reflected in your contacts database.
