We’ve updated the user interface for our Projects App and added some new features!

  • Due dates for each task now show on the overall task list for the project - no more clicking into each task to see when you need to get stuff done!
  • Introducing task status, so you know exactly what needs to be done: ‘To Do’, ‘Review pending’, ‘Review rejected’, ‘Done’
  • Task announcements are now separate from other types of task discussion - so it’s quick and easy for a peak body to send a message to every admin at a connected organisation letting them know important information about a task.
  • The “Edit Task” button is now much easier to find - just click the name of the task and you’ll see it below. Now you can simply and easily assign tasks to the right people to make sure it gets done!

And for project managers:

  • The “Sharing” panel that sets permissions for your project and invites organisations to participate in the project is now visible to other admins with ‘Editor’ level access. So they can see which organisations have responded to the project just like you!
  • Each task now has its own completion counter - you can see what percentage of connected organisations have completed each task and what percentage is outstanding.
