- Tab on Over to Communicate: Spot that new Email Signatures tab? That’s your gateway to signature bliss.
- Craft it: Hit up New > New Email Signature and the editor is all yours. Name and fame your signature for future use!
- Type or Paste: Get creative in the Content box. Whether you're a typer or a paster, make that signature sing.
- Save and Set Default: Got it just right? Save it! Running with multiple signatures? Anoint one as your go-to with a quick tap on the default radio button.

Formatting standardized signature for emails
Every time I send an email I need to type in all my details at the end, I think an automatic one would be good. Lyn

Add ability to define sign-off, either manually or pick details form your contract record and add it to the bottom of an email.
