What’s new in TidyHQ — May 2025
Fix
Announcement
We’re always working hard to make TidyHQ better and better! Here’s what we’ve fixed recently.
- When a group with email forwarding is deleted, that email address is now correctly freed up for re-use.
- We now validate the length of more items: the LinkedIn field on Contact profiles, and the Membership Welcome Message.
- If you have multiple Events which share both start and finish times, they are now sorted by name as a tiebreaker.
- When rolling back a contacts import, rollback is now prevented when a merged contact would be deleted. This avoids major problems when a rollback would delete members, disconnect accounts and so on.
- When a password is set or reset, we send an email with a link. If you click that link after having [re]set your password, you’ll now just be prompted to log in, rather than getting a 404 page.
- Users have the option of using a different email for their account login (”TidyHQ Account Email”) than what is shown as the email on their Contact profile (”Email”). Now you can filter the Contacts table by both.
- It’s now possible to clear the image from your Digital Membership Cards, rather than having to replace it.
- Fixed a bug regarding MailChimp sync.
- Connected Projects which have been accepted, completed, or are in draft mode, no longer send notification reminders.
We hope these updates enhance your experience with TidyHQ. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please feel free to share your thoughts or any issues encountered. Thank you for your continued support!
