What’s new in TidyHQ — October 2025

We’re always working hard to make TidyHQ better and better! Here’s what we’ve shipped recently.

🎉 Features

New Emails now have more Merge Tags. You can now personalise messages with emergency contact details, social handles, full address information, and direct phone numbers without adding custom fields first.

🐛 Fixes

• When sending SMS, we fall back through direct, private, home, and work numbers if a mobile isn’t stored so more members receive messages.
• Club logins triggered via OAuth now return you to the original destination correctly.
• Auto-renewal reminder emails now honour each club’s chosen date format.
• Attempting to connect a contact profile without an email address to a TidyHQ account now shows a friendly alert.
• The smart group filter menu no longer jumps off-screen; long lists scroll properly and open above the button when there isn’t space below.
• Internal Projects now automatically mark as complete when all Tasks are done.

📅 Preview: Meetings Update

Recently, we’ve been working on a big update to Meetings, which features agenda notes and also collaborative minutes with auto-save.
