We’re always working hard to make TidyHQ better and better! Here’s what we’ve shipped recently.

📅 Meeting Templates

If you haven’t seen it already, we now have Meeting Templates! Creating a template is very similar to creating a new meeting agenda. Just leave out the dates and the people.

When creating a meeting, you’ll now be prompted to either start from scratch or use a template.

It’s also possible for peak bodies to share a meeting template with their member organisations.

🐛 Bugs & Fixes

  • We’ve increased the checkout duration from 30 minutes to 1 hour for Events. Hopefully that makes things a little easier for those with long registration forms!
  • AusCycling clubs: we’ve updated your “Current Members of Your Club” group to use a new and improved filter.

🧩 Projects improvements

Project Templates have received some solid improvements:

  • Shared templates now have their own hub inside Projects, making it easier to browse, preview, and launch pre-built plans.
  • Template sharing can be toggled on a project, with clear in-app messaging so club admins know when a template is visible to their team.

We’ve also shipped a bunch of quality-of-life fixes:

  • Admins who are assigned to a project but lack the full permissions now land on a friendly “No access” screen instead of an error.
  • Custodian alerts pick the right recipients again and project due dates stay put.
  • Task updates are once more recorded in the project activity log, so stakeholders can follow what changed.
  • Reordering tasks no longer scrambles the note counters; status tallies stay accurate as you tidy up a plan.

📈 Enterprise reporting refresh

We've redesigned the Association > Reports area for enterprise networks, delivering dedicated Usage, Admin Activity, and Admin Detail reports that surface the child-club metrics your federation relies on.

Each page now opens with summary tiles for key counts (organisations connected, emails sent, events hosted, and more) and interactive tables that highlight active apps, National Registration Links sync status, and admin engagement at a glance.

The new enterprise tables are search, filter, and export ready: admins can drill into status-specific views, toggle full-screen for large exports, and download the results to CSV without leaving the dashboard.

We also introduced an internal projects report that lets headquarters filter by project, label, or assignee while tracking completion percentages and due dates with clear progress visuals—making it far easier to spot stalled work across clubs.

We hope these updates enhance your experience with TidyHQ. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please feel free to share your thoughts or any issues encountered. Thank you for your continued support!
