Feature Ideas
Submit IdeaWeb Pages Number Of Times Viewed Count
I think it would be helpful if Admins can do a report on how many times each web page is viewed by those who have access to view. This would need some sort of website analytics. I've always assumed the concept of web pages is in competition with Facebook pages. To this end we need to see if we're winning against Facebook when trying to get up to date information out there.

Save the selected Display fields for Smart Groups
The smart group feature is very useful as a method of exporting a filtered list of contacts that meet a set criteria as a csv file for use in a mail merge or other automated process. The problem is that when I open a smart group I have created the displayed fields reset back to the default selection of Contact, ID, Email and other groups. I need to open the display fields each time and select the additional fields like address or first name last name I want in the export. It would be great if when I save a Smart Group I could also save the fields I would like displayed/exported each time I use it.

Multi-level menus
Be able to add a submenu item to a collections rather than be limited to pages only.Pages and further menu items could be added to this submenu collection.

Ability to merge duplicate memberships on a single contact
When duplicate contacts are merged, and both sides have memberships belonging to the same level, those memberships are merged. However, it's not possible to do this when a single contact has two copies of a membership (short of transferring one of the memberships onto a duplicate contact, and then merging those).

Change to membership expired notification
Change to 'membership expired' notification, so that TidyHQ does not send this to a member who has an active membership. For example, as a club with different membership levels, if a member elects not to renew their 'Silver' membership in favour of purchasing a 'Gold' membership, they continue to receive the 'expired' notification, because their profile has an expired membership attached to it (despite the person being an 'active' member). Alternatively, the ability to choose who receives membership expired notifications, so that clubs can manually (worst case) ensure that select members who fall into the above category do not receive the automated expired notifications that other members get.

Group CSV exports - need to export all columns
I need a group csv export to export with all columns - like it does when exporting from the Contacts table. So I can then manipulate things in Excel. I need to know the expired date for all of these members (which is a column in the normal export)

Renewal Messages - Should be conditional based on renewal type (auto or not)
When the Auto-Renew feature is switched on, all members receive the auto-renew notification, but this should only be sent to those who have the auto-renew functionality. Sending to those who have it switched off or not enabled as yet (pre-renewing when the feature changed) is confusing and misleading.

Set landing page when members log in
When a member logs into their account, being able to set which webpage (landing page) they see directly after entering their password would customise their experience. This could be best on membership type.

Follow up outstanding tasks
As secretary I don't have time following up outstanding tasks while the reminder AHEAD of due date is good .. it would also be a time saver if Tidy HQ sent reminder emails for overdue tasks which forced committee members to action/close or update. As a new committee using TidyHQ this would help committee members to get into the rhythym of closing out tasks which enables smoother management of agendas for committee meetings.

Option to re-send membership welcome/renewal-success emails
Currently, these emails are sent once. They can be forwarded from Communicate but when originally sent come with some extra stuff (table of info and digital membership cards).

Archive option for Memberships
Some organisations create a new membership level for each year, which creates a bit of a proliferation in the list! Others have gone through constitutional change or similarly needed to completely reconfigure their levels. Trashing a level is possible (and does not permanently delete any data) but it does hide the associated memberships from most reporting, which is not what's needed. An Archived level would still have all its associated memberships show in reporting etc, it just wouldn't be editable or possible to register/renew.

Password reset - by user or club admin
I discovered today that neither a club member nor I, as a club admin on TidyHQ, can initiate a password reset where the pw has been lost or forgotten. It is possible to get a one-time code to log in but a pw change/reset is still not possible. THQ support AI confirmed that a pw reset has to be done by THQ support. This is a very basic function which I'm sure was previously available in THQ but it seems to have disappeared. So how about it - self-serve pw resets by user or PW reset by club admin, preferably both? Graham

Bulk import from Group for Family memberships
Presently, Bulk Import from Group works pretty well for Individual memberships but is not supported for Family memberships. Pulling the curtain aside for a moment, there's some design work to be done about how the members of a family would be defined for a bulk import. Feedback welcome!

Renewal of rolling membership should be based on expiry date, not payment date
I have discovered that Rolling membership renewal date is based on payment date, not expiry date of subscription. This means early payers are penalised by having a shortened membership and late payers are rewarded by an extended membership. If renewal of membership is within the set time for renewal to be allowed then the membership should run from expiry date. Our constitution allows for 5 months non-payment before a member loses membership of the society

A way to cancel event tickets
HI, I quite often need to cancel tickets for various reasons and I used to be able to do it through the event attendees area. Since the recent update (which I like the look of), the ability is no longer available. I can only download a list of attendees, which is not functionally ideal as I use my phone to interact with TidyHQ most of the time. But I can't cancel tickets. If you could reinstate this function I would appreciate it, thanks.
