  3. Archive emails under categories (or subjects or subfolders)

    We currently have more than 3,000 emails in our inbox. Being able to categorise emails when archiving them (under Communication) would enable easier access if we need to find a particular conversation thread or an issue previously discussed via email. Email communications are part of the historical governance of an association and therefore some emails have to be stored. Allowing easier ways to find archived emails without having to search through the inbox would make life a lot easier. We change committee members each year and new people have to learn TidyHQ. These new committee members may not have the historical knowledge of our association. Having an easier way to find archived emails would help immensely and improve workflow. Currently, archiving emails does not allow for categorisation of each email for each of access. Thank you. Looking forward to having this option made available in TidyHQ.

  5. Add outstanding tasks from previous meeting

    Be able to select a previous meeting and add in a list of all (outstanding) tasks assigned during the previous meeting as an agenda item to make them easier follow up on.

    Allow for customers to use Direct Debit to pay for memberships, event tickets, shop items. Similar to the way credit card payment option works but bank details are inserted and charged.

  8. Recurring Events / Bookings

    Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them. The first impression is everything for retention/engagement As a: TidyHQ Administrator I want: My club contacts, to be able to register their children into our club for a multiple week event So that: So we can engage and reengage them and their children into the sport/club to create a lifetime love, joy, passion, engagement with the sport/club -LB

  9. Send Reminders to Meeting Invites that haven't RSVP'd

    The ability to send a Meeting Reminder to only those that haven't RSVP'd would be extremely helpful

  10. Adding notes to Agenda items when setting up a meeting

    It would be good to be able to expand on an agenda item and give more detail in a note box when setting up a new meeting. These notes could then become part of the minutes once the meeting has started, saving the minute taker time. Also allow for existing and new tasks to be added to the agenda.

  11. Spell check in emails

    Should have spell check when sending emails. Spell check is it other items of TidyHQ but not emails.

  12. Finances Report with filter based on category.

    In the finances report you should be able to click on say membership category and it gives you a list of who has paid what instead of a full total that month or year. I would like to run reports where you could click on a category like apparel and see all the broken up payments and dates things were paid instead of going through the whole invoices pages looking for payments which can take up time.

  13. Volunteer Rostering

    To provide the ability to roster volunteers or members. Enable the visibility and/or editing of this roster through the webpage. Communicate with volunteers their shifts for the upcoming week, month or season. Volunteers drawn from PlayHQ registrations.

  14. Send as email addresses – choose which email address the new email is coming from.

    Send as email addresses – I haven’t figured out how to actually send as an email address. I want the email to come from my Role email

  15. Have "Applicant" to "Members"

    Have the status of "Applicant" until the membership has been approved. At this point the status would be updated to Member
