  1. Option for rolling renewals to renew from expiry date.

Currently it seems like with rolling renewals, if someone renews after the expiry date they renew from the date of renewal, not the expiry date. This creates a gap in their membership and is not how we run our memberships. Could we have an option so that renewals after the membership expires renew from the expiry date please?

  2. Allow meeting agendas/minutes to be visible to a select group 📝

When running a Board meeting I need to share the meeting agenda and then minutes with Board members. Currently, we need to have all Board members as Admins to the Tidy account which isn't wanted or necessary (and often confuses board members) Instead, it would be great if we have 'Visible to: only those with the link' OR 'Visible to: a particular Contact Group' which would require them to log in to see. Copying the pattern you use with Membership or Event Tickets. If they had to log in to see the agenda it would also allow some analytics or insights which would be very valuable for Board performance reporting - understand which contacts (Board members) accessed the agenda and when - was it a week before the meetings or was it 5 minutes before the meeting? The current Public Meetings feature is great, but just need it restricted.

  3. Initial auto-renewal messaging is misleading

Hi, We've recently imported 560 members to TidyHQ and are in the process of arranging renewals, many of which come due at the end of the month (about 1/4 of the way through this so far). The membership levels all have the "automatic renewal" option enabled. So far three different members have emailed to ask something like "the system says I'm already automatically renewing. Do you already have my payment info? So, do I actually need to do anything?" Looking at the first page of the renewal (see attached screenshot), I can see why they might believe this. I understand it's necessary to clearly communicate a recurring payment, but showing "Automatic Renews" at this point in the membership flow is misleading - automatic renewal isn't enabled on any of these members manually imported subscriptions yet, and won't be enabled unless the member clicks through to renew manually the first time. If there's anything we can do from our side to fix this, please let me know as I'm worried a lot of our members have gotten this far and assumed all is well without contacting us at all. Thanks, Angus

  4. Discount Codes • Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  5. Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

  7. Permissions for Storage Folders

Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only.Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

Send as email addresses – I haven’t figured out how to actually send as an email address. I want the email to come from my Role email

  9. Sponsors names/logos on digital membership card

The digital membership cards are great. ,If we were able to select up to 8 sponsors including logos that could be loaded onto the back of the membership card. This will work best if it applies to all membership types and maybe selected from the sponsor page on the website settings page. Winners all round. a win/win for our club, members and sponors awin/win for

  10. Accreditation Management Module

This feature aims to streamline the process of tracking and managing various certifications and accreditations. The proposed module will serve as a comprehensive tool to keep a record of all your accreditations, such as working with children checks, first aid certifications, officiating and coaching certifications, and more. It will provide detailed information on each accreditation, including what was involved in the process, and when each item is due to expire and allow links out to the relevant course that was taken to achieve the module. One of the key features of this module is the notification system. It will alert you when your accreditations are nearing their expiration dates, ensuring that you are always up-to-date and compliant. We believe this feature will be a valuable addition to our platform, making it easier for you to manage your accreditations and stay organized. However, we want to make sure it meets your needs and expectations. We invite you to vote for this idea and share your thoughts, suggestions, and specific use cases in the comments below. Your feedback is crucial in helping us shape this feature to best suit your needs. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas on this exciting new development!

  11. Asset or equipment register - connected to memberships

Our members are allocated pieces of equipment which we need to keep track of and make sure they return when they leave the organisation. I know we can add fields to membership details to list the equipment, or store an asset register in document storage, but it would be great if TidyHQ could manage assets so we can quickly identify either what equipment a member has, or identify which member has a piece of equipment (or if it is still in storage). The ability to record the service history for equipment would also be fantastic.

  12. Sponsorship/Sponsor Management

Seem we should be able to isolate and manage our sponsors as we would members. Create several levels, Player sponsor through to the major sponsor of the club. The ensure we keep them informed, renewals, opportunities, updates. Our are currently held in a speadsheet, updated manually, and build on year on year. 13. Forms - Expression of Interest Form

Can you set up the ability to create an EOI form, where the fields are taken from the Custom Fields but no payment is required? 2023 Player EOI Form for example. Currently, the only way to do anything like this is to set up a 'FREE EVENT' but the process for this is cumbersome if you just want to collect information and store the details.

  14. Full Name and Membership Number in 'We'll be processing your automatic membership payment soon' emails

With people having multiple people/family members linked to their account, it would help the person who is the primary contact to know the Full Name and Membership Number of the person who's payment is coming up. At the moment this is not listed and it addresses the primary contact only.
