Basic function within Tidy that stored basic member data when their digital membership card was scanned to enable targeted marketing - ie those who come to games versus those who don't

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Corporate Membership - there is a single fee, but they then identify their key contact person, and can then include as many people from the organisation as they like. Similar to Family Memberships, there can be a Price per Team or a price per member that can adjust based on scale. This then gives all in the team a membership that they can access private web pages or have access to 'member specific ticketing' for events.

Similar to events it would be good if you could publish news articles to the home page so that they are easily seen and this accessed by members. It's quite common for websites to have a unified place for blogs or posts, which also stores past page archives. With this feature, we could share past-event recaps directly on our website instead of using external platforms like Facebook. At present, we can only edit past events, which is not the most effective solution. Having a centralized feed for blogs, events, and similar content would be highly beneficial.

It would be helpful to have an online directory module so that general members can reach and view other member's contact info (email address, mobile phone).

Ability to discount memberships (pro rata for part year)

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasn’t renewed their assisting membership. I know it’s a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

Be able to select a previous meeting and add in a list of all (outstanding) tasks assigned during the previous meeting as an agenda item to make them easier follow up on.

Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only.Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

Send as email addresses – I haven’t figured out how to actually send as an email address. I want the email to come from my Role email

Issue: contact or potential contact wishes to inquire to purchase an event ticket before they officially go on sale or after they have gone off sale i.e. allocation exhausted (wants to go on a waiting list or be contacted for events ahead of time next time). Value: Collecting interest ahead of an event can be vital for non-for-profits to plan the scope of an event, interest could help shape the number of tickets they can sell for example (i.e. the venue they choose to host the event). Collecting waiting list information can be extremely important to engaging contacts and potential contacts who have missed out this time and to understand who is interested in future events at your organization, particularly in reference to reoccurring, yearly events. As a: Contact/Potential Contact or TidyHQ Administrator I want: to allow contacts/potential contacts to register expressions of interest (EOI) before or after events tickets have gone on sale (waiting list after they have gone off sale) So that: contacts/potential contacts who are interested in organisational events can register 'early bird interest' so they don't miss out, as well as keeping anyone who missed out on a ticket engaged with the organisation (waiting lists). So that: TidyHQ administrators can appropriately plan for an upcoming event before tickets go on sale, can manage any left-over tickets for an event by contacting the waiting list, can engage with members who may not have attended the event but expressed interest either prior or after tickets were on sale. When running a Board meeting I need to share the meeting agenda and then minutes with Board members. Currently, we need to have all Board members as Admins to the Tidy account which isn't wanted or necessary (and often confuses board members) Instead, it would be great if we have 'Visible to: only those with the link' OR 'Visible to: a particular Contact Group' which would require them to log in to see. Copying the pattern you use with Membership or Event Tickets. If they had to log in to see the agenda it would also allow some analytics or insights which would be very valuable for Board performance reporting - understand which contacts (Board members) accessed the agenda and when - was it a week before the meetings or was it 5 minutes before the meeting? The current Public Meetings feature is great, but just need it restricted.
