Feature Ideas
Submit IdeaFree Ticket holders to be able to cancel themselves
We have a lot of hikes where members have to book a free ticket to an event with limited numbers numbers. At present they can't cancel the ticket themselves. If the don't show up at an arranged meeting place we hang around waiting note knowing if they are coming. If they are able to cancel it opens up a side for another hiker. Best regards,

printing notes on order
shop teams. As when orders are printed the notes are generally important, however when you print them now, they do not print with the order.

Attach Document from Storage
I can attach from everywhere BUT TidyHQ storage - either this or provide a way to directly hyperlink within the Task or Agenda item

Ability to delete an email from the Reading screen
Currently you can only delete / send emails to trash from the Inbox or Sent screens - it would be much easier to be able to send them to trash from the screen used to view / read the email instead having to return to the this listing screen then select the check box next to the email and then select the action

Ability to add custom (rich text) to Event Tickets, and attachments
Need the ability to at minimum, add custom text to the blank section of event tickets, and preferably hyperlinks. A stretch goal would be simple attachments to distribute with the tickets. In my use case scenario, I would ideally add a Microsoft Teams link as majority of my events are hybrid and have an ability to log in online, so this would help me control my online numbers to within licence limits. If I could add an attachment, I would either offline create a ics (calender file) or have TidyHQ create it for me with the meeting link in it and attach it to the Event Confirmation email.

Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS
We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

Discount Codes β’ Events, Shop, Memberships
Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Enhanced Membership Reporting
Create a dashboard or reports to help with illustrating to a committee or board what is happening with memberships. Date/Period - Be able to define the period we want to report on (like Finance reports) Have it compared with the same, previous period Growth - Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from Memberships. It can be thought of as the total amount of revenue you can reliably expect to receive on a recurring basis. It is one of the most important metrics for a Membership organisation to track, as it provides a forward-looking measure of growth and predicted revenue. We can calculate the approximate MRR by summing the monthly normalized amounts of all subscriptions from which payment is being collected at that time. For example, an annual subscription for $1,200 only counts $100 towards your MRR. This includes subscriptions in the status=active and status=past_due states. MRR Growth Net Revenue New Members - This occurs when a new or existing customer starts a new active subscription, or upgrades from a free subscription to a paid subscription. Products - MRR by M'Ship Level Retention - Member churn rate - The churn rate is measured by the sum of churned members/subscribers in the past 30 days divided by the number of active members/subscribers as of 30 days ago, plus any new members/subscribers in those 30 days. Churned Revenue - The churned revenue for a given period is a sum of lost Monthly Recurring Revenue ("MRRβ) from churned members/subscribers. If a customer has two subscriptions and cancels both, we will count each cancellation as a churned member/subscriber. Member retention by cohort - Revenue retention by cohort Members - Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM) - is the total Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) divided by the number of active members/subscribers. Lifetime Value (LTV) Recently Churned Members New Members Number of Members holding 1, 2, 3+ Active Memberships

Invoice as a checkout option
If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an βInvoice meβThat would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice.Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.

Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role
"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

Electronic Signatures for Meetings
In a recent audit, we were picked up for not having out minutes signed. As there is no ability for the Chair to sign electronically, we had to print a hard copy of all minutes and get him to sign for the auditor. Can Tidy HQ please consider adding ability to do electronic signatures by the chair

Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense
For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.
