    Currently, blacklisted email addresses can only be removed by contacting TIDYHQ Support with a request to re-subscribe email. Provide a mechanism for contacts to directly re-subscribe their email address without support intervention.

  3. Provide contacts with visibility of their email blacklisted status

    Currently, contacts have no way of directly determining whether they are NOT receiving email because their email address is blacklisted. Provide blacklist status as part of the contact profile.

Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution.   9. When accessing the contacts menu, it is not possible to lock the items per page to, say 500.

    When you again access the Contacts list it reverts back to 25. It would be great if you could lock the items per page to your own requirements ie. 500. Cheers, Mike Smith Manning Men's Shed

  10. Allow members to switch membership level easily

    At the moment we have to manually transfer members to different membership levels. This involves remembering when this needs to be done and for which members. And the process is slow, time-consuming and open to errors. A more seamless way of this happening would be brilliant. Thank you.

    Get rid of the time on invoices, expenses, deposits and wherever else there are dates. Very cumbersome to have to click 3 times just to get the date in.

    The ability to provide a template response as part of the Event Config, for when someone signs up for an event. e.g. at the moment, a default email is sent as an 'Order Confirmation' Ideally we would like to specify some of the text on this email confirmation e.g. '... Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our 'Gala Event', your support is appreciated. if you would like any further information or questions about the event, please contact... x' if we could also include an image as part of this config that would be even better !

  14. Edit Invoice Emails

    That 'automatic' invoice emails can be edited with text in the body of the email before they are sent!! This is very important to my organisation!

  15. Search and filtering functionality..

    Tidyhq is good but I believe enhancing it with integrated search and filtering functionality would be highly beneficial. For instance, within the finance section, enabling users to search and filter items by criteria such as receipt number or finance categories would significantly improve usability.
