Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS
We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

Being able to check in an event attendee to be able to easily mark them off a list

When accessing the contacts menu, it is not possible to lock the items per page to, say 500.
When you again access the Contacts list it reverts back to 25. It would be great if you could lock the items per page to your own requirements ie. 500. Cheers, Mike Smith Manning Men's Shed

Allow members to switch membership level easily
At the moment we have to manually transfer members to different membership levels. This involves remembering when this needs to be done and for which members. And the process is slow, time-consuming and open to errors. A more seamless way of this happening would be brilliant. Thank you.

Finance Date Fields
Get rid of the time on invoices, expenses, deposits and wherever else there are dates. Very cumbersome to have to click 3 times just to get the date in.

event confirmation email
The ability to provide a template response as part of the Event Config, for when someone signs up for an event. e.g. at the moment, a default email is sent as an 'Order Confirmation' Ideally we would like to specify some of the text on this email confirmation e.g. '... Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our 'Gala Event', your support is appreciated. if you would like any further information or questions about the event, please contact... x' if we could also include an image as part of this config that would be even better !

Edit Invoice Emails
That 'automatic' invoice emails can be edited with text in the body of the email before they are sent!! This is very important to my organisation!

Search and filtering functionality..
Tidyhq is good but I believe enhancing it with integrated search and filtering functionality would be highly beneficial. For instance, within the finance section, enabling users to search and filter items by criteria such as receipt number or finance categories would significantly improve usability.

Group organisation
As the number of groups grows it becomes more difficult to organise my groups using naming conventions. To better organize and manage groups, I suggest introducing a new attribute to the group record, such as a master group name or category. Alternatively, we could use a system similar to the one in place for web pages, where a group of pages can be assigned to a collection. By introducing a master group name or category attribute, we can easily segment the display of all groups according to their master group or category. This will provide a more structured and logical display of all groups, which can be especially helpful for larger organizations that have a lot of groups and want to make it easier for users to find what they are looking for. Additionally, we can also search for groups based on their master group/category, making it easier to find related groups. Alternatively, we could use collections to organize groups based on their topic, category, or any other relevant attribute. Collections can be created, modified, and deleted easily, allowing for a dynamic and adaptable structure. Using collections would also make it easier to manage groups at scale, and provide a more intuitive and user-friendly navigation experience for users. Overall, both approaches offer a flexible and scalable way to group and organize content. By implementing one of these methods, we can improve the organization and management of our groups, and provide a better user experience for our users.
