I think it would be helpful if Admins can do a report on how many times each web page is viewed by those who have access to view. This would need some sort of website analytics. I've always assumed the concept of web pages is in competition with Facebook pages. To this end we need to see if we're winning against Facebook when trying to get up to date information out there.

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

Allow for customers to use Direct Debit to pay for memberships, event tickets, shop items.Similar to the way credit card payment option works but bank details are inserted and charged.

Should have spell check when sending emails. Spell check is it other items of TidyHQ but not emails.

The ability to archive groups would help us clean up our Contacts Groups List.

It would improve ticket management for events and make life simpler for our volunteers if tickets bought through TidyHQ could be added to Apple or Google Wallet.

Be able to add a submenu item to a collections rather than be limited to pages only.Pages and further menu items could be added to this submenu collection.

Our members are constantly receiving reminder and expiry emails for memberships they have renewed or have upgraded/downgraded their membership causing a lot of confusion.

sometimes multiple products are purchased and not all items are in stock but we distribute some stock and other are pending. This way the person managing the shop/apparel can run reports to assess requirements and who has outstanding items easily.

We are on the pro plan but seem to have trouble attaching our newsletter to emails. It is 8 pages and contains photos and interesting text. Is there a reason, and a solution, for this please? Helen Bendigo East Baseball

Im having trouble getting our welcome doc copied into the Welcome Message that new or renewing members recieve. I get a message stating it is over 65,000 characters (yet it is only 20,000). So that is one issue. Having one "master welcome doc", perhaps in org settings, that is connected to each membership level would solve the issue of continually updating such a document every year in all membership categories. we have 11 membership categories each year. can this be done?
