  1. Discount Codes • Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  3. Low Cost Option

I've been using the free trial to run some small community groups over the past 5 years. We're all volunteers and don't charge any membership fees. I've just hit the email limit and thought it might be time to start paying (I love the product). However, its all or nothing. We can't afford $79/month for the full-fat subscription, and I don't see a diet alternative. I'd be quite happy paying, say £5 or £10/month for a bit more functionality. I totally get that you are a for-profit business and so need paying! :-) Some kind of paid menu for your services would make it easier for the people on free subscriptions to start giving you money as they grow. Today I'm thinking that for $79/month I'm going to need to group emails from my office365 account, which is a total pain, but avoids a significant cash outlay.

  4. Search function for public web pages

Some organisations have substantial content in their web pages - a search function (respecting visibility controls) would be great.

  5. 'Or; filter

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  6. Ability to manually checkout a shop item that was paid for in cash.

We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

  8. Add Event tickets to Apple/Google Wallet

It would improve ticket management for events and make life simpler for our volunteers if tickets bought through TidyHQ could be added to Apple or Google Wallet.

  9. Web Pages Number Of Times Viewed Count

I think it would be helpful if Admins can do a report on how many times each web page is viewed by those who have access to view. This would need some sort of website analytics. I've always assumed the concept of web pages is in competition with Facebook pages. To this end we need to see if we're winning against Facebook when trying to get up to date information out there.

  10. Asset or equipment register - connected to memberships

Our members are allocated pieces of equipment which we need to keep track of and make sure they return when they leave the organisation. I know we can add fields to membership details to list the equipment, or store an asset register in document storage, but it would be great if TidyHQ could manage assets so we can quickly identify either what equipment a member has, or identify which member has a piece of equipment (or if it is still in storage). The ability to record the service history for equipment would also be fantastic.

  11. Ticket cancellation option

Currently, there is no way for members/guests to cancel their own tickets. We realise that there are significant complications in cancelling tickets where fees have been paid, but would it be possible to allow logged-in contacts to cancel their own tickets where no fee had been paid.

  12. Membership descriptions on webpage

The description of the membership should be able to be viewed from the initial Membership page. Currently to view the description of each membership, you need to click on each button to see what each one of them include.

  13. Removing the ability to create multiple memberships for the same account

Disabling the ability for a member to have more than 1 active membership or, if this is needed in other organisations, disabling the ability for a member to have 2 of the same type of memberships (eg 2 individual memberships). Our members are constantly getting renewal reminders when they have renewed (but accidentally created a new membership) or have upgraded or downgraded (getting expiry emails from their previous membership)

  15. Allow customising of paragraph styles

Hi there, I'm new to TidyHQ and currently transferring web pages from an existing site. It would help a lot if I could set up my own paragraph styles within the web page editor so they are selectable from the toolbar. There are some already available but they are not suitable for my needs so even if I could modify them it would be a big help. Thanks for any help.
