Submit IdeaCorporate or Team Memberships
Corporate Membership - there is a single fee, but they then identify their key contact person, and can then include as many people from the organisation as they like. Similar to Family Memberships, there can be a Price per Team or a price per member that can adjust based on scale. This then gives all in the team a membership that they can access private web pages or have access to 'member specific ticketing' for events.

Ability to search emails
There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

being able to sign meeting minutes
Can you please look at a way to sign off minutes. We have a rule here that minutes need to be reviewed by the Chair and electronically signed before lodging with OFT.

Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense
For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

Ability to manually checkout a shop item that was paid for in cash.
We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

Send emails to event attendees
Hello! I'd like it if we could have a function to edit and send automatic emails to people who register for events. So, for example, we are organising an online event. This would allow us to send people the link to the event once they have registered.

Permissions for Storage Folders
Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only.Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

Add profile data to purchased tickets
When a Member purchases a ticket we would like some of their profile information to be copied across to the ticket. We have a set of custom fields for each Membership and if we could auto populate these into the ticket it would make the ticket purchasing much easier. So far, we have resisted using the TidyHQ ticketing system because of this and it makes for more admin for the Club's Events Manager. We currently have a single form page on the website which is easy for members to use and don't want to go to the 4 form TidyHQ version unless it makes it much easier for our members to enter their data. Form on website: http://club4x4.org.au/trips/trip-bookings/

Online Store Digital Delivery
Retailers of non-physical items would benefit from this. Items such as: digital books / training, audio / video of conferences (et al), and I'm sure much more. I think there should be two types: Externally hosted (a link) and internally hosted (hosted within TidyHQ). That will allow TidyHQ to manage costs, and let clients with existing content delivery systems to integrate simply. This might also be worth adding to events as a post-signup automation. Event sign up triggers automatic delivery of digital goods (pre-req reading etc).

Expose event ticket details to APIs / web hooks
We use Tidy events with custom fields per ticket/order a lot, for pre-ordering meals and giving preferences at functions. Taking a pizza night as an example, we'll have a ticket type to order a whole pizza, and another ticket type to order an individual slice. If a member selects a whole pizza, then we have a custom field on it for them to choose which one of 8 pizzas they want; and other custom fields to say whether they need it gluten free, and whether they want to be in the early sitting or late sitting. We need to extract all that information out to collate lists of pizzas to order for each drop, etc. I do that currently by exporting the event attendees as a CSV (which includes all those custom fields), slicing and dicing the data in a spreadsheet, and then sharing it with the rest of the committee. While that's fine, it's very manual, and it depends on me manually crunching the numbers which can't always happen as often as it needs to. I had planned to use the Tidy APIs to periodically pull the latest ticket data into a Google Sheet to automate the whole process, but this is area seems to be a gap in the current APIs. The Tidy team have confirmed that the ticket information isn't currently available through the webhooks, so really the only way to export it is via the manual send as CSV button. I can imagine that API usage is still fairly limited for many volunteer run clubs, so this request is probably quite niche. But as coding agents and vibe coding become more and more widespread I can imagine many other admins like me would be looking to build something to automate away some of the manual burdens like this.

Share link for folders
We're an association with a committee (set up as admins) plus general members, and our general members need access to a set of files sitting in our TidyHQ Storage. There doesn't seem to be a native way to give general (non-admin) members view access, so at the moment we open every file, copy its share link, and manually link each one into a custom HTML page we built for members, plus a few other workarounds outside TidyHQ. It works, but it's painful to maintain. โ CCWA
