  1. Low Cost Option

I've been using the free trial to run some small community groups over the past 5 years. We're all volunteers and don't charge any membership fees. I've just hit the email limit and thought it might be time to start paying (I love the product). However, its all or nothing. We can't afford $79/month for the full-fat subscription, and I don't see a diet alternative. I'd be quite happy paying, say Β£5 or Β£10/month for a bit more functionality. I totally get that you are a for-profit business and so need paying! :-) Some kind of paid menu for your services would make it easier for the people on free subscriptions to start giving you money as they grow. Today I'm thinking that for $79/month I'm going to need to group emails from my office365 account, which is a total pain, but avoids a significant cash outlay.

  2. 'Or; filter

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  3. Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

  4. Have "Applicant" to "Members"

Have the status of "Applicant" until the membership has been approved. At this point the status would be updated to Member

  5. Removing the ability to create multiple memberships for the same account

Disabling the ability for a member to have more than 1 active membership or, if this is needed in other organisations, disabling the ability for a member to have 2 of the same type of memberships (eg 2 individual memberships). Our members are constantly getting renewal reminders when they have renewed (but accidentally created a new membership) or have upgraded or downgraded (getting expiry emails from their previous membership)

  6. Save Export Formats

As an admin I want the ability to save the layout of 'displayed fields' against contacts So that I can reuse the layout to consistently export the contact details to a .csv file

  7. Allow customising of paragraph styles

Hi there, I'm new to TidyHQ and currently transferring web pages from an existing site. It would help a lot if I could set up my own paragraph styles within the web page editor so they are selectable from the toolbar. There are some already available but they are not suitable for my needs so even if I could modify them it would be a big help. Thanks for any help.

  8. Hide/disable Contact fields

There are a lot of Contact fields on the Contact Profile edit page that we don't want to collect from our members (for example, Gender, DoB, and social media profile URLs). In some cases, obtaining this extra PII could have privacy implications that we don't need or want. Currently if we ask one of our members to go to their Contact Profile and update it, it could be interpreted as if our organisation is asking for all this information. Could there please be organisation settings to disable profile data that we don't want to collect? i.e. disabled fields would then not show up on the Contact Profile page for members.

  9. set an email reply to address

It would be great to have a way to add a reply-to email to email when sending these off as sometimes you send one off but need to go back to a different email group but it only goes back to you which makes it a bit of a pain as that group then doesnt get to respond to the email.

  10. Ability to Populate a New from Multiple Existing Groups

Currently you can only populate a new group from an existing one. It should be able to be populated from as many as you need.

  11. Add move/mark as read etc actions to multi-selected emails

Any email user will benefit. Improves inbox organisation and efficiency. Else we move and mark emails one at a time.

  12. Add next/previous buttons at the top of the Inbox view.

Anyone using email will benefit. From inbox, I open an email. To view the next or previous emails the user must navigate out to the inbox and back in to the next email. next/previous buttons at the top of the email viewing pane would improve workflow and efficiency.

  13. Test emails

I need to be able to send test emails before they go to a wider group.

  14. Edit drafts

I would love to see the ability to edit draft emails. Once I hit save on an email, if I want someone else to review it before sending or make changes, I have to completely recreate it.

  15. Getting stats on membership dats

We’ve already created questions in TidyHQ to capture Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identification and gender, and set up smart groups to help break down our membership. It would be great if these figures could be easily generated in a report, showing both totals and percentagesβ€”for example, total people covered by paid memberships, juniors, female members and female juniors. A breakdown by age group would also be really handy. Being able to download or print a dated report would be really useful for committee meetings, AGMs, grant applications and tracking how our membership is growing.
