In the finances report you should be able to click on say membership category and it gives you a list of who has paid what instead of a full total that month or year. I would like to run reports where you could click on a category like apparel and see all the broken up payments and dates things were paid instead of going through the whole invoices pages looking for payments which can take up time.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

The ability to send a Meeting Reminder to only those that haven't RSVP'd would be extremely helpful

The description of the membership should be able to be viewed from the initial Membership page. Currently to view the description of each membership, you need to click on each button to see what each one of them include.

Currently minutes can be made public and viewed in Menu > Meetings [not good for sensitive topics]. This idea would have a similar Menu > Meetings display but restricted to a Group needing login by non-admin members. The idea is to avoid emailing out minutes to members who probably don't want to see them. But if a member wants to find minutes for some reason, by logging in they can.

Hi there, I'm new to TidyHQ and currently transferring web pages from an existing site. It would help a lot if I could set up my own paragraph styles within the web page editor so they are selectable from the toolbar. There are some already available but they are not suitable for my needs so even if I could modify them it would be a big help. Thanks for any help.

As a not for profit, we have o365 and use teams in particular for meetings. Would love to have Teams integration (either from TidyHQ OR an email address we can send to that logs the meeting in TidyHQ), as our organisation does not want to have Zoom in addition to Teams.

orgs and members would benefit. should work as described. Right now existing members have a button to "renable auto-renew", but it takes them to a 404 page. I was told by support they shouldn't have this, and it's not possible, but submitting an idea is the way to go? So here we are

There doesn't seem to be a way to style any of the web pages, apart from selecting a single colour or image. If we were able to add CSS to pages or the site template then we would have more control over styling the content. This could either be via an option to add inline CSS or link to an external (or uploaded) stylesheet and could be available on individual web pages and/or as a site-wide option under Web Page Settings that applied to all pages.

How do you put the bank details on the invoice so all new members receive the bank details whe they receive the invoice

An ability to search storage to locate a particular would be extremely helpful. As files are grouped into folders, it would make the task of locating what is needed much easier. I can see this idea has been suggested before a few years ago, but hasn't eventuated.

Our membership includes individuals who use formal salutations (e.g., Dr, Prof, Mr, Ms) and post-nominals (e.g., JP, OAM, AM). TidyHQ currently lacks native fields for either, which makes it difficult to maintain accurate naming conventions for formal correspondence, public-facing profiles, and protocol-appropriate communication. Adding dedicated fields for both a salutation and post-nominals would significantly improve data quality and consistency. Ideally, post-nominals should appear after the name on the contact card in the left-hand display, as is standard in most CRMs and directory systems. This enhancement would support organisations that rely on correct formal address and help ensure TidyHQ can accommodate members with professional titles, honours, or positions of civic significance.
