Submit IdeaFinances Report with filter based on category.
In the finances report you should be able to click on say membership category and it gives you a list of who has paid what instead of a full total that month or year. I would like to run reports where you could click on a category like apparel and see all the broken up payments and dates things were paid instead of going through the whole invoices pages looking for payments which can take up time.

Recurring Events / Bookings
Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them. Send Reminders to Meeting Invites that haven't RSVP'd
The ability to send a Meeting Reminder to only those that haven't RSVP'd would be extremely helpful

Waitlist Management
Issue: contact or potential contact wishes to inquire to purchase an event ticket before they officially go on sale or after they have gone off sale i.e. allocation exhausted (wants to go on a waiting list or be contacted for events ahead of time next time). Value: Collecting interest ahead of an event can be vital for non-for-profits to plan the scope of an event, interest could help shape the number of tickets they can sell for example (i.e. the venue they choose to host the event). Collecting waiting list information can be extremely important to engaging contacts and potential contacts who have missed out this time and to understand who is interested in future events at your organization, particularly in reference to reoccurring, yearly events. As a: Contact/Potential Contact or TidyHQ Administrator I want: to allow contacts/potential contacts to register expressions of interest (EOI) before or after events tickets have gone on sale (waiting list after they have gone off sale) So that: contacts/potential contacts who are interested in organisational events can register 'early bird interest' so they don't miss out, as well as keeping anyone who missed out on a ticket engaged with the organisation (waiting lists). So that: TidyHQ administrators can appropriately plan for an upcoming event before tickets go on sale, can manage any left-over tickets for an event by contacting the waiting list, can engage with members who may not have attended the event but expressed interest either prior or after tickets were on sale. Provision of unique link for downloading of digital membership card
Issues with all family members being able to download their own unique digital membership cards if on a Family membership. They can all only download one family member's card from the link provided in the "renewal success" email that's generated. Whilst they are able to sign in to their member account to download, we are getting push-back that they don't want to do this and just each want a unique link to click and download. Appreciate support for this idea.

Membership descriptions on webpage
The description of the membership should be able to be viewed from the initial Membership page. Currently to view the description of each membership, you need to click on each button to see what each one of them include.

O365 Intergration & Teams for meetings
As a not for profit, we have o365 and use teams in particular for meetings. Would love to have Teams integration (either from TidyHQ OR an email address we can send to that logs the meeting in TidyHQ), as our organisation does not want to have Zoom in addition to Teams.

Search function for storage files
An ability to search storage to locate a particular would be extremely helpful. As files are grouped into folders, it would make the task of locating what is needed much easier. I can see this idea has been suggested before a few years ago, but hasn't eventuated.

Support for Salutations & Post nominals
Our membership includes individuals who use formal salutations (e.g., Dr, Prof, Mr, Ms) and post-nominals (e.g., JP, OAM, AM). TidyHQ currently lacks native fields for either, which makes it difficult to maintain accurate naming conventions for formal correspondence, public-facing profiles, and protocol-appropriate communication. Adding dedicated fields for both a salutation and post-nominals would significantly improve data quality and consistency. Ideally, post-nominals should appear after the name on the contact card in the left-hand display, as is standard in most CRMs and directory systems. This enhancement would support organisations that rely on correct formal address and help ensure TidyHQ can accommodate members with professional titles, honours, or positions of civic significance.

Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS
We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Discount Codes β’ Events, Shop, Memberships
Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Invoice as a checkout option
If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an βInvoice meβThat would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice.Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.

Photo Gallery Option - Page
Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

Events - ability to have events visible to certain Groups only
At the moment, an event is either public (with all details visible) or admin only. If it's public, info like date, time & location can be seen by anyone. There is the ability to limit ticket purchasing to members only but this doesn't stop random people showing up at your event because they have location info. If it's admin only, members can't purchase tickets without manual processing by an admin. It would be useful to have a setting for events where you could make the entire event just visible to a Group (like Members) so this information is unavailable to the general public but members are still able to buy tickets.

Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role
"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc
