  1. Events - ability to have events visible to certain Groups only

    At the moment, an event is either public (with all details visible) or admin only. If it's public, info like date, time & location can be seen by anyone. There is the ability to limit ticket purchasing to members only but this doesn't stop random people showing up at your event because they have location info. If it's admin only, members can't purchase tickets without manual processing by an admin.It would be useful to have a setting for events where you could make the entire event just visible to a Group (like Members) so this information is unavailable to the general public but members are still able to buy tickets.

  2. Ability to merge duplicate memberships on a single contact

    When duplicate contacts are merged, and both sides have memberships belonging to the same level, those memberships are merged. However, it's not possible to do this when a single contact has two copies of a membership (short of transferring one of the memberships onto a duplicate contact, and then merging those).

  3. Discount Codes โ€ข Events, Shop, Memberships

    Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  4. Send emails to event attendees

    Hello! I'd like it if we could have a function to edit and send automatic emails to people who register for events. So, for example, we are organising an online event. This would allow us to send people the link to the event once they have registered.

  5. Archive emails under categories (or subjects or subfolders)

    We currently have more than 3,000 emails in our inbox. Being able to categorise emails when archiving them (under Communication) would enable easier access if we need to find a particular conversation thread or an issue previously discussed via email. Email communications are part of the historical governance of an association and therefore some emails have to be stored. Allowing easier ways to find archived emails without having to search through the inbox would make life a lot easier. We change committee members each year and new people have to learn TidyHQ. These new committee members may not have the historical knowledge of our association. Having an easier way to find archived emails would help immensely and improve workflow. Currently, archiving emails does not allow for categorisation of each email for each of access. Thank you. Looking forward to having this option made available in TidyHQ.

  7. Hidden Event Tickets

    Give Admins the ability to add a Hidden Ticket Class, so that the General Public aren't able too see all ticket classes.

  8. Event ticket types to have different Finance categories

    In Australia (and perhaps elsewhere) we have a principle of mutuality for member-based organisations. (This means revenue from your members is often not tax-assessable. GST is its own story though.) For an event, you might be selling tickets to both members and non-members, and so for tax purposes you must apportion the revenue. It would be helpful if different ticket types could be allocated to different Finance categories to support this apportionment.

  9. Ability to have custom fields in SHOP item description

    We would like to be able to sell shirts with a person's chosen NAME and NUMBER included in the item. See the sample photo. At the moment there is nowhere for the buyer to specify what they want included.

  10. Ability to edit new membership start date and end date prior to sending welcome message and finalising membership

    At the moment the membership start and end date is hard set to the date the membership is entered, so for a club that processes memberships in batches the new member receives a welcome message with the processing date that needs to be changed later to their actual joining date. The membership payment date is also hard coded to the processing date and can't be changed later. If these fields are editable in the membership confirmation window that would be awesome, thank you.

  11. Web Page Footer - rich text field

    A rich text field included in the footer of public pages would allow for some extra information beyond the street address and links. Potential contents include: Miscellaneous colophon details like a link to an organisational privacy policyAcknowledgement of countryRegistration numbers like an ABN or Incorporation number

  12. Membership level - administrator notes

    Add a notes section for administrators - where we can leave instructions and notes for each other. Eg I recently (as an admin) came across a challenge where I had not set up groups correctly between the membership level and the contacts for that membership level - now that I understand what I had done wrong - and the potential "Gotcha" it would be great to note that in context within the Membership level in a dedicated section - to leave instructions for future administrators. Thank you!

  13. Event series

    Be able to create a parent event to contain information, with options for event dates where the attendee could select one or all. Also allow for payment per date. Ideally offer an event series link to share (rather than by date), and the ability to filter group email by date as well as series.

  15. Bulk import from Group for Family memberships

    Presently, Bulk Import from Group works pretty well for Individual memberships but is not supported for Family memberships. Pulling the curtain aside for a moment, there's some design work to be done about how the members of a family would be defined for a bulk import. Feedback welcome!
