Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Hello! I'd like it if we could have a function to edit and send automatic emails to people who register for events. So, for example, we are organising an online event. This would allow us to send people the link to the event once they have registered.

Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. At the moment, an event is either public (with all details visible) or admin only. If it's public, info like date, time & location can be seen by anyone. There is the ability to limit ticket purchasing to members only but this doesn't stop random people showing up at your event because they have location info. If it's admin only, members can't purchase tickets without manual processing by an admin.It would be useful to have a setting for events where you could make the entire event just visible to a Group (like Members) so this information is unavailable to the general public but members are still able to buy tickets.

A systemised way of collecting votes for particular meeting topics.

Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasn’t renewed their assisting membership. I know it’s a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

The ability to archive groups would help us clean up our Contacts Groups List.

As a not for profit, we have o365 and use teams in particular for meetings. Would love to have Teams integration (either from TidyHQ OR an email address we can send to that logs the meeting in TidyHQ), as our organisation does not want to have Zoom in addition to Teams.

When updating a membership subscription you click on the start or end dates to change them. However it's not obvious that they are clickable fields making it hard for novice users to find them. It would be better if they were coloured blue, or had an icon saying they were clickable.

Give Admins the ability to add a Hidden Ticket Class, so that the General Public aren't able too see all ticket classes.

In Australia (and perhaps elsewhere) we have a principle of mutuality for member-based organisations. (This means revenue from your members is often not tax-assessable. GST is its own story though.) For an event, you might be selling tickets to both members and non-members, and so for tax purposes you must apportion the revenue. It would be helpful if different ticket types could be allocated to different Finance categories to support this apportionment.

We need to use a tool to record site visitor information to measure and record visitor and participation rates. Like the Covid style QR Code login to record visitor records. This would allow us to record contact information for future marketing opportunities. We use a 3rd party tool VisitUS to record this information and then we need to download and import the contact information into Tidy to add to our contact database. Having this integrated would add value to Tidy and allow all of our contacts to be streamlined. We require visitors and members to logon every time they enter to club so we can record and report participation rates to our governing body to help with funding and grant proposals.

I want to organise social dance outings by age group and in the past have often had trouble with older people gate crashing the younger group. If the group can only see the Event via login, they will be the only ones knowing the location, time and date. The way they would know to login is by Share the Event.
