Being able to change the name of an attendee of a order, without having to cancel the order and starting again for that ticket order.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

Can you please look at a way to sign off minutes. We have a rule here that minutes need to be reviewed by the Chair and electronically signed before lodging with OFT.

A systemised way of collecting votes for particular meeting topics.

We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

With a large number of items the Shop can be very "messy". Would be great to categorise groups of shop items to make it easier for people wishing to purchase items. Ideally would like categories, search and filters. Additionally having the ability to add a discount code at certain times would be great.

In the one checkout buy a membership or an event ticket and a shop item like a t-shirt

Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasn’t renewed their assisting membership. I know it’s a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

Be able to select a previous meeting and add in a list of all (outstanding) tasks assigned during the previous meeting as an agenda item to make them easier follow up on.

Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them. Similar to events it would be good if you could publish news articles to the home page so that they are easily seen and this accessed by members. It's quite common for websites to have a unified place for blogs or posts, which also stores past page archives. With this feature, we could share past-event recaps directly on our website instead of using external platforms like Facebook. At present, we can only edit past events, which is not the most effective solution. Having a centralized feed for blogs, events, and similar content would be highly beneficial.

To provide the ability to roster volunteers or members. Enable the visibility and/or editing of this roster through the webpage. Communicate with volunteers their shifts for the upcoming week, month or season. Volunteers drawn from PlayHQ registrations.

It would improve ticket management for events and make life simpler for our volunteers if tickets bought through TidyHQ could be added to Apple or Google Wallet.
