  1. Integration with Play HQ

I note that you have synced with Gameday, however now AFL has shifted to a new database in PlayHQ

  2. Ability to search emails

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

  3. 'Or; filter

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  4. Email Bounce Reporting

Being able to identify send issues (eg. Hard Bounces, Spam Filters, etc.) for Communications emails would be extremely helpful, particularly for clubs with large email lists (1000+). Saves having to manually scroll through pages of information to find Bounces.

  5. Edit Attendee's in backend of event

Being able to change the name of an attendee of a order, without having to cancel the order and starting again for that ticket order.

  6. Option to collect Profile Photo with membership registration

At present there's a place for a profile photo, but it can't be collected on the membership registration form (which is where almost all people enter details). As a result it doesn't see much use. One can add a custom field but then it doesn't get any special treatment.

  7. moving members from 1 event to another

We offer multiple week long camps in the summer. Often families who sign up for one camp week have their plans change, and would like to move their registration from one week to another. Currently, we are only able to do that by registering the child for the new week through the admin side, and then deleting their ticket in the first event. It would be nice if we could simply transfer their information from the first event to the new event, without having to write down their information, and re enter in the new event - would be a real time saver! If there is another way to do this, I have been unable to find it?

  8. Time tracking on Tasks

For most orgs their volunteer time, if valued at a replacement-cost method, would actually be the biggest thing on their budget. If tasks had a duration, this would allow for reporting for grants applications, annual returns in some jurisdictions, etc.

  9. Ability to reduce/waive membership fees

When transferring a group of members to a new level, it's often advisable to temporarily zero out the fee for the level so as to not create extra payment records. That's OK for a one-off bulk action, but it's less OK for occasional waiver of fees or individual transfers. What this could look like: in the New Membership flow, you'd have an extra field "discount payment by $amount" (entirely free memberships can take a payment type of "Other").

  10. Archive option for Memberships

Some organisations create a new membership level for each year, which creates a bit of a proliferation in the list! Others have gone through constitutional change or similarly needed to completely reconfigure their levels. Trashing a level is possible (and does not permanently delete any data) but it does hide the associated memberships from most reporting, which is not what's needed. An Archived level would still have all its associated memberships show in reporting etc, it just wouldn't be editable or possible to register/renew.

  12. Tasks calendar feed

Provide calendar subscriptions (private ICS feeds) that surface tasks with due dates in external calendars like Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. This is a one-way sync: tasks appear in calendars, but remain managed in TidyHQ. Each user gets one or more private calendar feeds: My Tasks assigned to meincompletewith a due date Role Tasks assigned to a Role I hold (e.g. Treasurer)incompletewith a due date πŸ‘‰ Survives committee turnover and reinforces accountability Following I’m following / watchingincompletewith a due date Each task becomes a calendar event: Title: task name (no prefixes)Date: due date (all-day by default)Description Example: Task: Lodge AGM notice Assigned to: Secretary Project: AGM 2026 Open in TidyHQ: https://... Behaviour Only incomplete tasks are includedWhen a task is completed β†’ it disappears from the calendar (on next refresh)No β€œ[done]” or β€œ[due]” prefixes β€” avoids stale or misleading data due to calendar caching Permissions Feeds are user-specific and privateOnly include tasks the user already has access toRole feeds update automatically when roles change What this is not Not a two-way sync (calendar edits don’t update tasks). This isn't really possible at present anyway. Not a replacement for task managementNot a full project/calendar merge

  13. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

  14. Discount Codes β€’ Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  15. Photo Gallery Option - Page

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage
