  1. Online directory - members can view membership contact info for each member.

It would be helpful to have an online directory module so that general members can reach and view other member's contact info (email address, mobile phone).

  2. Password reset - by user or club admin

I discovered today that neither a club member nor I, as a club admin on TidyHQ, can initiate a password reset where the pw has been lost or forgotten. It is possible to get a one-time code to log in but a pw change/reset is still not possible. THQ support AI confirmed that a pw reset has to be done by THQ support. This is a very basic function which I'm sure was previously available in THQ but it seems to have disappeared. So how about it - self-serve pw resets by user or PW reset by club admin, preferably both? Graham

  3. Track member attendance via digital membership cards

Basic function within Tidy that stored basic member data when their digital membership card was scanned to enable targeted marketing - ie those who come to games versus those who don't

  4. Microsoft Integration

The ability to integrate with Microsoft Accounts would be of great benefit to clubs with a MS environment. Examples of features that would be great just to name a few. Ability to use Microsoft Teams for Meeting invitations instead of ZoomAbility to integrate with MS SharePoint or other document storage to facilitate collaboration on documents. IE. Volunteer Rosters, a live document to add names/contacts/role assigned for the day as people put their hands up.

  5. Allow meeting agendas/minutes to be visible to a select group ๐Ÿ“

When running a Board meeting I need to share the meeting agenda and then minutes with Board members. Currently, we need to have all Board members as Admins to the Tidy account which isn't wanted or necessary (and often confuses board members) Instead, it would be great if we have 'Visible to: only those with the link' OR 'Visible to: a particular Contact Group' which would require them to log in to see. Copying the pattern you use with Membership or Event Tickets. If they had to log in to see the agenda it would also allow some analytics or insights which would be very valuable for Board performance reporting - understand which contacts (Board members) accessed the agenda and when - was it a week before the meetings or was it 5 minutes before the meeting? The current Public Meetings feature is great, but just need it restricted.

  6. Groups Archive

The ability to archive groups would help us clean up our Contacts Groups List.

  8. Ability for Events to have an RSVP Function

Provide the ability to RSVP to Events. Once people have clicked on RSVP, as well as a "Get Tickets" button, provide a "Can't attend" button that will notify us of their choice. At the moment we don't know if people can't attend or they just haven't been bothered to respond - a big difference.

  9. Recording Attendance as Remote

Being able to record attendees as either 'In Person' or 'Remote' would be a valuable option.

  10. Company Profiles & Employees

Allowing a relationship between contacts that are representatives of an Organisation, e.g. Teachers at Schools. We have Organisations that purchase Memberships for up to 6 teachers, so adding the teachers automatically under that Membership Level would make life easier for us.

  11. Preview mode for Memberships

When setting up memberships for the first time you don't necessarily have Stripe set up yet, so the membership is hidden. It'd also be nice to be able to run through the membership flow including checkout, for assurance.

  12. Events reporting - overview of who attended which events through the year

It's hard to get visibility on which members have attended which events throughout the year, as this information is not really collected in one place. member-by-member doesn't scaleexporting event attendee CSVs isn't that much bettercan export a Contacts view with Groups column but then have to work through that column somehow

  13. Ability to attach documents to meetings

Reports and proposal documents are often tabled at meetings and it would be helpful to attach them to meetings

  14. More public website customisation options

We're evaluating the platform for our car club and one of the key things we need is a public facing website. The THQ pages do the job functionally, but there seem to be very limited options for styling. e.g. background colour or image, custom CSS (e.g. fonts) It would also be handy to enable custom headers so we can enable things like Google Analytics. I understand that the web page function is probably not "core capability" for the platform, but an easy to maintain site is something our club really needs.

  15. Expose event ticket details to APIs / web hooks

We use Tidy events with custom fields per ticket/order a lot, for pre-ordering meals and giving preferences at functions. Taking a pizza night as an example, we'll have a ticket type to order a whole pizza, and another ticket type to order an individual slice. If a member selects a whole pizza, then we have a custom field on it for them to choose which one of 8 pizzas they want; and other custom fields to say whether they need it gluten free, and whether they want to be in the early sitting or late sitting. We need to extract all that information out to collate lists of pizzas to order for each drop, etc. I do that currently by exporting the event attendees as a CSV (which includes all those custom fields), slicing and dicing the data in a spreadsheet, and then sharing it with the rest of the committee. While that's fine, it's very manual, and it depends on me manually crunching the numbers which can't always happen as often as it needs to. I had planned to use the Tidy APIs to periodically pull the latest ticket data into a Google Sheet to automate the whole process, but this is area seems to be a gap in the current APIs. The Tidy team have confirmed that the ticket information isn't currently available through the webhooks, so really the only way to export it is via the manual send as CSV button. I can imagine that API usage is still fairly limited for many volunteer run clubs, so this request is probably quite niche. But as coding agents and vibe coding become more and more widespread I can imagine many other admins like me would be looking to build something to automate away some of the manual burdens like this.
