  1. Allow members to switch membership level easily

At the moment we have to manually transfer members to different membership levels. This involves remembering when this needs to be done and for which members. And the process is slow, time-consuming and open to errors. A more seamless way of this happening would be brilliant. Thank you.

  2. Sold out events should say 'Sold Out' rather than tickets 'Unavailable'

People booking tickets for sold out events see the greyed out 'Unavailable' text and email us asking why. Changing this text to 'Sold Out' would make it clear why the tickets aren't available.

  3. Invoice as a checkout option

If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an β€œInvoice me”That would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice.Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.

  4. Events - ability to have events visible to certain Groups only

At the moment, an event is either public (with all details visible) or admin only. If it's public, info like date, time & location can be seen by anyone. There is the ability to limit ticket purchasing to members only but this doesn't stop random people showing up at your event because they have location info. If it's admin only, members can't purchase tickets without manual processing by an admin. It would be useful to have a setting for events where you could make the entire event just visible to a Group (like Members) so this information is unavailable to the general public but members are still able to buy tickets.

  6. Add 'Fee Increase Option' for rolling memberships

If I just update the membership fee from $35 to $45 today, members would have received renewal emails with the $35 fee and then be surprised to see a $45 fee when actually renewing. It would be great to have an option to easily deal with membership fee increases that can be entered for a date in the fututre. E.g. fee increases from $35 to $45 from 1 April 2023. This would also need to be reflected in renewal emails and auto renewals.

  7. Suspend a membership

A member needs to be suspended from their membership for a specific period of time. i.e. 2 weeks. In that time we want them to be seen as not an active member. We want the option to extend or not extend their end membership date. We want to restrict them from purchasing any other membership in this suspended time.

  9. Mark emails as complete or actioned

With everyone having access to the inbox there should be a way to mark on the email that the email has been actioned

  10. Email search function - Add a search button to the inbox.

The ability to search by subject line, sender, recipient, or message body is standard in all other email clients. This functionality is essential and should be included as a priority. Please :)

  11. Expand Homepage Events Feed (More than 3 Upcoming Events)

At the moment, the homepage "Events" block only displays the next 3 upcoming events. For organisations like sports associations, this is too restrictive β€” members and visitors need visibility across a larger range of events (school holidays clinics, presentations, carnivals etc.). The ability to display an event feed on their homepage that allows visitors/members to flick/scroll through all upcoming events.

  12. PlayHQ Integration

We have 4 profiles in PlayHQ, and need players to be imported into TidyHQ. Mailchimp has an integration with PlayHQ so contacts can be synced. TidyHQ should be able to extract data from PlayHQ and sync it to TidyHQ.

  13. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

  14. Discount Codes β€’ Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage
