Submit IdeaAdmin contact separate to personal contact?
We have members who have registered with personal emails and some of those step into a volunteer role with the organisation. I have been creating new contacts for volunteers with their organisation email addresses to set up as admins otherwise meeting links and tasks are sent to their personal emails. But then we still want them to receive emails to their personal addresses for matters relating to their membership. Is there another way around this?

Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS
We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. Shop categories
With a large number of items the Shop can be very "messy". Would be great to categorise groups of shop items to make it easier for people wishing to purchase items. Ideally would like categories, search and filters. Additionally having the ability to add a discount code at certain times would be great.

More finite administration permissions
I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

Mark emails as complete or actioned
With everyone having access to the inbox there should be a way to mark on the email that the email has been actioned

Newsletter Template
Hi Isaak and team, a club newsletter template would be really helpful. (perhaps similar to your Agenda space) so that different members of the committee can add their little bit . Ability to create Sponsorship Levels
Ability to create Sponsorship Levels, accept payments for sponsorship and add them to webpages on multiple layers or sliders. e.g. WP Brand Logo Slider Simple Sponsorships Wordpress plugin

Sold out events should say 'Sold Out' rather than tickets 'Unavailable'
People booking tickets for sold out events see the greyed out 'Unavailable' text and email us asking why. Changing this text to 'Sold Out' would make it clear why the tickets aren't available.

Change to membership expired notification
Change to 'membership expired' notification, so that TidyHQ does not send this to a member who has an active membership. For example, as a club with different membership levels, if a member elects not to renew their 'Silver' membership in favour of purchasing a 'Gold' membership, they continue to receive the 'expired' notification, because their profile has an expired membership attached to it (despite the person being an 'active' member). Alternatively, the ability to choose who receives membership expired notifications, so that clubs can manually (worst case) ensure that select members who fall into the above category do not receive the automated expired notifications that other members get.

Search function for storage files
An ability to search storage to locate a particular would be extremely helpful. As files are grouped into folders, it would make the task of locating what is needed much easier. I can see this idea has been suggested before a few years ago, but hasn't eventuated.

Waiver for Events
Option to collect a waiver [agreement] on an event registration ticket (in particular from non-members). n.b. This can be done to an extent with a custom field checkbox today, but linking to the text of the waiver isn't very ergonomic. Adapted from Aryn G [KBRA]

Expand Homepage Events Feed (More than 3 Upcoming Events)
At the moment, the homepage "Events" block only displays the next 3 upcoming events. For organisations like sports associations, this is too restrictive โ members and visitors need visibility across a larger range of events (school holidays clinics, presentations, carnivals etc.). The ability to display an event feed on their homepage that allows visitors/members to flick/scroll through all upcoming events.

Confirmation button when deleting attachments
Currently deleting an attachment from a contact record is a single click, with no confirmation. It is too easy to accidentally click the delete button and lose a document! A simple "Are you sure you want to delete this attachment" would be great.
