Having a Search field in communication to be able to search on historic emails.

This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

At the moment we have to manually transfer members to different membership levels. This involves remembering when this needs to be done and for which members. And the process is slow, time-consuming and open to errors. A more seamless way of this happening would be brilliant. Thank you.

The ability to archive groups would help us clean up our Contacts Groups List.

When upcoming events are being entered, Allow automatic notifications of an event to be sent to a group of contacts several days prior to an upcoming event. This function would reduce workload.

I do not think it is possible to create a club calendar. We want to load events that are visible in the dashboard but are yet to be published. The only appear in the dashboard once published. There should be an option that allows unpublished events to appear in the dashboard. We are overcoming this by creating meetings but this adds additional work, duplication and can create confusion This will help with committee planning and create greater visibility around who has booked the clubrooms for meeting, pies nights etc especially as we have 20 teams

I am looking for a way to set up a member event but where tickets are not required to be "purchased". When members arrive, they will use their digital membership card as a ticket which we can scan.

Allow partial refunds to Stripe Payments

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

In the one checkout buy a membership or an event ticket and a shop item like a t-shirt

Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them. I recently lost the entire meeting minutes when at the last agenda item. Yes, I should have been saving as I went but I didn't.

Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only. Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.
