It would be awesome if we could export all contacts with a current membership everyday without having to request it each time. Even better if it could always be exported to the same download address.

TidyHQ allows memberships to be created in bulk from a contact group. However, some contacts in the selected group may already have a membership or may not need the new membership. At present, the bulk process includes everyone in the group, which can result in duplicate or unintended memberships being issued. It would be helpful if the process displayed the contacts in the selected group before creating the memberships and allowed administrators to exclude or deselect individual contacts. Ideally, the process could also: Automatically identify contacts who already hold the selected membership Exclude existing membership holders by default Show a warning beside possible duplicates Provide checkboxes to include or exclude each contact

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

A systemised way of collecting votes for particular meeting topics.

I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

Have the status of "Applicant" until the membership has been approved. At this point the status would be updated to Member

Being able to identify send issues (eg. Hard Bounces, Spam Filters, etc.) for Communications emails would be extremely helpful, particularly for clubs with large email lists (1000+). Saves having to manually scroll through pages of information to find Bounces.

It would be great to be able to generate a decision-register from certain items in meeting minutes so we can easily identify when certain things were dealt with. For example, if we want/need to know when we last considered membership fees, it would be good to be able to tick a 'show on register' box so we can quickly identify at which meeting that was discussed. As it is, I think we have to search through each set of minutes (if we don't keep this in a separate system) - unless I'm missing something.

It would be helpful to offer scheduling of meeting and/or event reminders during meeting/event creation. An invitation may be created and sent a month out but there's no way to remind members unless you re-send the meeting or event invitation.

When I purchase something I would like the option to add an extra little sumthin sumthin ($$) to help the organisation out.

Disabling the ability for a member to have more than 1 active membership or, if this is needed in other organisations, disabling the ability for a member to have 2 of the same type of memberships (eg 2 individual memberships). Our members are constantly getting renewal reminders when they have renewed (but accidentally created a new membership) or have upgraded or downgraded (getting expiry emails from their previous membership)

The ability for admins/management to view TidyHQ from a member's perspective. When a member is having difficulty with, for example, renewing membership, or viewing a task it can be hard to determine what the problem is if they can't explain it. The ability to view the site from a member's perspective can be helpful.

When duplicate contacts are merged, and both sides have memberships belonging to the same level, those memberships are merged. However, it's not possible to do this when a single contact has two copies of a membership (short of transferring one of the memberships onto a duplicate contact, and then merging those).
