  2. Shop categories

    With a large number of items the Shop can be very "messy". Would be great to categorise groups of shop items to make it easier for people wishing to purchase items. Ideally would like categories, search and filters. Additionally having the ability to add a discount code at certain times would be great.

  3. More finite administration permissions

    I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

  4. Admin contact separate to personal contact?

    We have members who have registered with personal emails and some of those step into a volunteer role with the organisation. I have been creating new contacts for volunteers with their organisation email addresses to set up as admins otherwise meeting links and tasks are sent to their personal emails. But then we still want them to receive emails to their personal addresses for matters relating to their membership. Is there another way around this?

  5. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

    We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management.   6. 'Or; filter

    Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  7. Permissions for Storage Folders

    Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only. Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

  8. Change to membership expired notification

    Change to 'membership expired' notification, so that TidyHQ does not send this to a member who has an active membership. For example, as a club with different membership levels, if a member elects not to renew their 'Silver' membership in favour of purchasing a 'Gold' membership, they continue to receive the 'expired' notification, because their profile has an expired membership attached to it (despite the person being an 'active' member). Alternatively, the ability to choose who receives membership expired notifications, so that clubs can manually (worst case) ensure that select members who fall into the above category do not receive the automated expired notifications that other members get.

  9. "Published" option for Shop

    Hi, We've had occasions where we've wanted to stop people ordering from our shop because we batch up orders for delivery. To prevent people being able to order, it would be useful to be able to "unpublish" or hide the shop web page. Currently the Shop built in page is "Automatically Published". Currently it is only possible to hide the shop by setting all items in the shop to Admin Only visiblity, which is quite laborious when we have in the order of 30 items in our shop.

  10. One contact - two active email addresses

    Many of our members like their correspondence to go to two email addresses (ie work and personal). At this stage it appears to do this I have to have the contact listed twice (one for each email address), distorting my member figures.

  12. Online directory - members can view membership contact info for each member.

    It would be helpful to have an online directory module so that general members can reach and view other member's contact info (email address, mobile phone).

  13. Discount Codes • Events, Shop, Memberships

    Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  14. Photo Gallery Option - Page

    Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

  15. Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role

    "Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc
