  1. Permissions for Storage Folders

    Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only. Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

  3. Waitlist Management

    Issue: contact or potential contact wishes to inquire to purchase an event ticket before they officially go on sale or after they have gone off sale i.e. allocation exhausted (wants to go on a waiting list or be contacted for events ahead of time next time). Value: Collecting interest ahead of an event can be vital for non-for-profits to plan the scope of an event, interest could help shape the number of tickets they can sell for example (i.e. the venue they choose to host the event). Collecting waiting list information can be extremely important to engaging contacts and potential contacts who have missed out this time and to understand who is interested in future events at your organization, particularly in reference to reoccurring, yearly events. As a: Contact/Potential Contact or TidyHQ Administrator I want: to allow contacts/potential contacts to register expressions of interest (EOI) before or after events tickets have gone on sale (waiting list after they have gone off sale) So that: contacts/potential contacts who are interested in organisational events can register 'early bird interest' so they don't miss out, as well as keeping anyone who missed out on a ticket engaged with the organisation (waiting lists). So that: TidyHQ administrators can appropriately plan for an upcoming event before tickets go on sale, can manage any left-over tickets for an event by contacting the waiting list, can engage with members who may not have attended the event but expressed interest either prior or after tickets were on sale.   4. Discount Codes • Events, Shop, Memberships

    Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  5. being able to sign meeting minutes

    Can you please look at a way to sign off minutes. We have a rule here that minutes need to be reviewed by the Chair and electronically signed before lodging with OFT.

  6. Ability to search emails

    There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

  9. Recurring Events / Bookings

    Issue: Events in TidyHQ are 'one off' in nature, you can duplicate an event but you cannot create sequential events in a series Value: Organisations tend to have a program of events (i.e. introduction to sport program 8-10 week program) Historically organisations are using sheets of paper, excel, any third-party software. It is a really clunky introduction to the program and the parents registering them. The first impression is everything for retention/engagement As a: TidyHQ Administrator I want: My club contacts, to be able to register their children into our club for a multiple week event So that: So we can engage and reengage them and their children into the sport/club to create a lifetime love, joy, passion, engagement with the sport/club -LB

  10. Send as email addresses – choose which email address the new email is coming from.

    Send as email addresses – I haven’t figured out how to actually send as an email address. I want the email to come from my Role email

  11. Meeting and/or event reminders

    It would be helpful to offer scheduling of meeting and/or event reminders during meeting/event creation. An invitation may be created and sent a month out but there's no way to remind members unless you re-send the meeting or event invitation.

  13. Ability to define the payment due date on individual invoices

    I want to be able to send a renewal notice to a member via the membership invoice option and have the ability to dictate the payment due date. Our membership year runs from 1st Jan to 31st December. Sending a separate single invoice doesn't allow the option to select a payment date and instead it auot suggestsa payment date of 31st December. So in effect we want to be able to put in 30-day payment terms for renewals and early renewals instead of the full membership period - ie to ask that someone pays within 30 days (or a specific date) of the invoice being issued.

    We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management.   15. Invoice as a checkout option

    If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an “Invoice me”That would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice.Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.
