Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

A systemised way of collecting votes for particular meeting topics.

It would be great to be able to generate a decision-register from certain items in meeting minutes so we can easily identify when certain things were dealt with. For example, if we want/need to know when we last considered membership fees, it would be good to be able to tick a 'show on register' box so we can quickly identify at which meeting that was discussed. As it is, I think we have to search through each set of minutes (if we don't keep this in a separate system) - unless I'm missing something.

It would be helpful to offer scheduling of meeting and/or event reminders during meeting/event creation. An invitation may be created and sent a month out but there's no way to remind members unless you re-send the meeting or event invitation.

We're an association with a committee (set up as admins) plus general members, and our general members need access to a set of files sitting in our TidyHQ Storage. There doesn't seem to be a native way to give general (non-admin) members view access, so at the moment we open every file, copy its share link, and manually link each one into a custom HTML page we built for members, plus a few other workarounds outside TidyHQ. It works, but it's painful to maintain. – CCWA

Provide the ability to record multiple decisions under a single agenda item.

it would be good to be able to download multiple files from the Storage app in a zip file as it is very time consuming to download file on by one. I can see the request has already been made. why has it not be done?

It would be awesome if we could export all contacts with a current membership everyday without having to request it each time. Even better if it could always be exported to the same download address.

Organisations using an external website could embed an iframe block for (public) Events, Memberships, Shop etc - like the Events block avail on the home page.

When you search an event for an attendee, it only shows results from that page of attendees. In order to search for a particular attendee, you have to go through all the pages. As you go through the pages, the search doesn't update until you change the text in the search box.

We use eMail for formal communications (reports, meeting notices etc) and SMS for immediate action. An SMS to remind about a task for tomorrow will get better attention than eMail.

Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.
