  1. Log user login

Often users change their email or there is an error in the email address. The ability for the administrator to see the login history of a contact would be very helpful when resolving problems of multiple contracts and errors in email addresses. NOTE that we don't let users register themselves for membership, we control the registration which sometimes leads to errors in email addresses being entered, a combination of entry error and difficult to read email addresses. Consequently we have no way of checking if the welcome email was received or if the users has ever logged in to set their password.

  2. O365 Intergration & Teams for meetings

As a not for profit, we have o365 and use teams in particular for meetings. Would love to have Teams integration (either from TidyHQ OR an email address we can send to that logs the meeting in TidyHQ), as our organisation does not want to have Zoom in addition to Teams.

  3. Personalisation Options

As an admin I want the ability to save personal settings such as the number of contacts displayed on a page So that I can reuse the setting the next time I log in

  4. Export Meeting Minutes to Storage

Idea: once a meeting is finalised, save a copy of the PDF into Storage. This provides a modest amount of redundancy against system failure, and some peace of mind.

  5. 'Or; filter

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

  6. Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

  8. Auto update a members age and years of membership

Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasn’t renewed their assisting membership. I know it’s a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

  9. Ability to sort by membership end date and membership status

I would like to quickly sort our expired members by how recent their membership expired.

  10. Have a merge tag for the Account/login email avaialble in the reminder email template

With many people having multiple email addresses these days it would be nice to include the account/login email address in the reminder emails so that we can remind a member of what email their account uses to log in. something like {{account_login_email}} This might also be helpful with many internet providers closing email services recently, a contact may have updated their contact email, but not changed their account/login email

  11. Removing the ability to create multiple memberships for the same account

Disabling the ability for a member to have more than 1 active membership or, if this is needed in other organisations, disabling the ability for a member to have 2 of the same type of memberships (eg 2 individual memberships). Our members are constantly getting renewal reminders when they have renewed (but accidentally created a new membership) or have upgraded or downgraded (getting expiry emails from their previous membership)

  12. Locking Date of Birth + Name in a New Member or Contact's profile

When a person creates a contact profile or membership, can it only be entered once and edited only by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? Google Chrome changes are a regular occurence and a person shouldn't be changing their profile name. Can the Date of Birth be a locked field also, where it is only entered once and can only be edited by National TidyHQ Administrators of AusCycling? There have been issues with reporting

  14. Better Stripe error code πŸ’³πŸ˜΅

Currently the end-customer or member sees "This account cannot currently accept live payments" This means that Stripe requires more information and needs to be verified via dashboard.stripe.com Can the error message be more descriptive with this extra information.

  15. Reporting on Digital Cards

Would love to know what some reporting of uptake of digital cards in our membership database, with a split of Google vs Apple. or potentially adding an opt-in button to have a physical card or digital card only. Which would help save clubs unnecessary costs of plastic cards.
