  1. Reporting on Digital Cards

Would love to know what some reporting of uptake of digital cards in our membership database, with a split of Google vs Apple. or potentially adding an opt-in button to have a physical card or digital card only. Which would help save clubs unnecessary costs of plastic cards.

  2. Set landing page when members log in

When a member logs into their account, being able to set which webpage (landing page) they see directly after entering their password would customise their experience. This could be best on membership type.

  5. Public calendar view that can be published to website

Similar to the calendar available on the admin page, it would be useful to have a calendar view of events, meetings, games, etc that can be shared publicly with members on the organisation's website. Some organisations already use Google Calendar or TeamUp as their calendar so ideally allowing via a Zapier or Integrately connection the pushing of events, meetings etc into one of these could also work.

  6. Option for rolling renewals to renew from expiry date.

Currently it seems like with rolling renewals, if someone renews after the expiry date they renew from the date of renewal, not the expiry date. This creates a gap in their membership and is not how we run our memberships. Could we have an option so that renewals after the membership expires renew from the expiry date please?

  8. Provide access to email headers to address spam

I have no way to address spam because I can't report it as I don't appear to have access to the headers. I can work on this with gmail and zoho which are the major sources of abuse but to do so I need headers. Thanks!

  9. Option to prevent new accounts being created during login

We run private events that are restricted to a specific group. When attendees try to log in but enter the wrong email address, the system creates a new contact. That new contact is not in the required group, so they cannot see or access the event. This causes confusion and frustration, especially for older attendees who may not remember which email they originally used. Suggested improvement: Add a setting that allows organisations to: Show a message like β€œEmail not recognised” when an email is not in the system, or Disable the ability to create new accounts during the login process. This would help keep private events secure and reduce support issues when people accidentally create duplicate accounts.

  10. Shop pick list to partially complete an order

In the back end it would be good to be able to supply partial orders in stock and backorder the remainder. For example A team would order for training gear, game shorts and socks. The game shorts and socks come in pre season and the training gear comes in after round 4. We can issue the game gear and training gear at a later date

  11. Option to send renewal success message instead of welcome message for admin renewal

In the case of a membership being registered manually to effect a transfer, or after many years away, it's technically more of a renewal than a new member.

  12. Base level membership emails quota - 100 emails quota is too little

The base of 100 emails quota a month is very restrictive - specially as next level up is 30k emails a month - Just a feedback..100emails is too little for most of us even in starting phase while communication is to a small community and couple of email or wrong mail out can restrict us to send out correct email etc. I suggest reviewing the base of 100 emails a month to may by 400-500 or may by 1000 emails a month to keep it easy for small clubs and associations. Next level up in membership takes it to 30k emails quota a month A meaningful suggestion - as paying around $1,000 a year to get this feature is not effective for us

  13. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

  14. Discount Codes β€’ Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage
