Submit IdeaStripe Multiple Accounts In Event Tickets
Our association would like to have option to choose an account when setting up paid tickets in an Event. Stripe has an emphasis on using multiple accounts and seems geared up for this. Our association has multiple bank account suffixes, and we encourage branches to operate in an autonomous manner [whilst still putting in signed end year accounts in a responsible manner]. So, when a branch sets up an Event needing paid tickets, we would like them to have the option of choosing their own bank suffix via Stripe. The Membership part of Tidy HQ could remain the same as now, having only one Stripe account option.

Ability to search emails
There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.

Log user login
Often users change their email or there is an error in the email address. The ability for the administrator to see the login history of a contact would be very helpful when resolving problems of multiple contracts and errors in email addresses. NOTE that we don't let users register themselves for membership, we control the registration which sometimes leads to errors in email addresses being entered, a combination of entry error and difficult to read email addresses. Consequently we have no way of checking if the welcome email was received or if the users has ever logged in to set their password.

Ability to resend Renewal/Expiry Reminders to New or Updated Email Addresses
Being able to resend any of the Reminder Messages to a New Email address for a contact would be beneficial.

Reporting on Digital Cards
Would love to know what some reporting of uptake of digital cards in our membership database, with a split of Google vs Apple. or potentially adding an opt-in button to have a physical card or digital card only. Which would help save clubs unnecessary costs of plastic cards.

Need Contact fields to distinguish Family, Adult, Child
My club is getting more excited about using Smart Groups and distinguising Memberships from Subscriptions. There's one problem: There is no Contact field that can help us separate the adults from the children in family membership structures. This is accessible in membership reporting but not anywhere in the contacts fields we can key on for filtering lists/groups. This is a big oversight and one I'm sure you can fix! Can we please have a "Merge all Duplicate Contacts" option?
When you click on "Possible Duplicates" the only option is to go through them individually, which is very time consuming

Multiple reminder emails being sent
We have had multiple complaints about numerous reminder emails being sent on the same day to renew, and once checking that person's profile I can see that up to 5 emails have been generated. This has not been great and can seem like we are hassling our member base. Would like for this to be investigated moving forward please!

Unecessary contacts are created for different interactions
Hi, We've just started using TidyHQ properly after onboarding our members and find the automatic creation of contacts wrong - I've noticed it under the following situations When a member logs into their account but chooses a different or wrong email - a contact is createdWhen someone emails our org email address but using an email address that is not currently registered a contact is created It's very cumbersome to have to remove these contacts and I feel when we get more communication is will get very annoying and pollutes our contact DB. There should be an option where automatic creation of contacts can be disabled but failing this the minimum comprise would be that these contacts are added to a group for easy identification and removal. Furthermore, our contacts/membership is tightly controlled and not open to public - any new contacts would be created by an admin so it would be good if we can lock this down.

Change the name of "Add Note" button on a Contact record to Add View Note
Notes are very useful on a contact record but the new default view on a contact record doesn't show the exisiting notes. It took me ages to find the notes on a record assuming that the Add Note button was ONLY to add a note.

Change the name of "Add to Group" button on a Contact record to Add Edit Group
It took me ages to work out that the new Add Group button on a Contact Group also allows editing of groups that a contact is allocated to. I went around the world for sixpence until I discovered that when I was trying to remove a contact from a group.

Inbound option via Email API
Option to create an "inbound" email via API, "from" an existing but arbitrary contact. This would allow e.g. external forms to create/update a contact and then send the form contents to an admin - as though the contact had emailed the details in themselves.

Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS
We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.
