Submit IdeaAdd Event tickets to Apple/Google Wallet
It would improve ticket management for events and make life simpler for our volunteers if tickets bought through TidyHQ could be added to Apple or Google Wallet.

Auto update a members age and years of membership
Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasnβt renewed their assisting membership. I know itβs a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

More finite administration permissions
I have some administrators that only need access to some Contact Groups - to email them. It would be good to also allow for read-only permissions for finances and meetings. Right now administrator permissions are very broad.

Have "Applicant" to "Members"
Have the status of "Applicant" until the membership has been approved. At this point the status would be updated to Member

Allow members to switch membership level easily
At the moment we have to manually transfer members to different membership levels. This involves remembering when this needs to be done and for which members. And the process is slow, time-consuming and open to errors. A more seamless way of this happening would be brilliant. Thank you.

Email Bounce Reporting
Being able to identify send issues (eg. Hard Bounces, Spam Filters, etc.) for Communications emails would be extremely helpful, particularly for clubs with large email lists (1000+). Saves having to manually scroll through pages of information to find Bounces.

Suspend a membership
A member needs to be suspended from their membership for a specific period of time. i.e. 2 weeks. In that time we want them to be seen as not an active member. We want the option to extend or not extend their end membership date.We want to restrict them from purchasing any other membership in this suspended time.

Provision of unique link for downloading of digital membership card
Issues with all family members being able to download their own unique digital membership cards if on a Family membership. They can all only download one family member's card from the link provided in the "renewal success" email that's generated. Whilst they are able to sign in to their member account to download, we are getting push-back that they don't want to do this and just each want a unique link to click and download. Appreciate support for this idea.

Membership descriptions on webpage
The description of the membership should be able to be viewed from the initial Membership page. Currently to view the description of each membership, you need to click on each button to see what each one of them include.

Hide/disable Contact fields
There are a lot of Contact fields on the Contact Profile edit page that we don't want to collect from our members (for example, Gender, DoB, and social media profile URLs). In some cases, obtaining this extra PII could have privacy implications that we don't need or want. Currently if we ask one of our members to go to their Contact Profile and update it, it could be interpreted as if our organisation is asking for all this information. Could there please be organisation settings to disable profile data that we don't want to collect? i.e. disabled fields would then not show up on the Contact Profile page for members.

Inbound option via Email API
Option to create an "inbound" email via API, "from" an existing but arbitrary contact. This would allow e.g. external forms to create/update a contact and then send the form contents to an admin - as though the contact had emailed the details in themselves.

Delegated eligibility on Shared Event tickets
Shared Events (forthcoming TidyConnect feature) allow Org A to share an event's contacts and some editing controls with Org B. For joint events (e.g. two student clubs) it's common that members of either club receive a discount. Current approaches involve the "other" club sharing a Pass Code. For a shared event, it'd be neat if Org A could delegate ticket access settings to B. This would allow e.g. logged-in users to validate as a member of B to access the ticket.

Add way to lock an member's account
There should be a way for admins to lock a contact/member's account - this could be if the there email has been compromised or other reasons.

Member/Contact name is visible before authentication during login process
During the login process after a member enters their email address and on the page requiring input of OTP code, the member's name is shown. I believe this is a security risk as it's shown before the member is fully authenticated and is open to security breaches. No personal information should be shown at this stage. In the least there should be an option for orgs to enable/disable this bit
