It would improve ticket management for events and make life simpler for our volunteers if tickets bought through TidyHQ could be added to Apple or Google Wallet.

Being able to change the name of an attendee of a order, without having to cancel the order and starting again for that ticket order.

Is it possible to pass on the TidyHq and Stripe fees to the customers

Add permissions to folders within Storage to be able to manage who has access to them and make certain folders read-only.Ex/ You might like the Coaches Group to only access the folder with the Clubs Vision, Values and Strategic plan but you do not want them getting into any other folders.

It would be great to be able to generate a decision-register from certain items in meeting minutes so we can easily identify when certain things were dealt with. For example, if we want/need to know when we last considered membership fees, it would be good to be able to tick a 'show on register' box so we can quickly identify at which meeting that was discussed. As it is, I think we have to search through each set of minutes (if we don't keep this in a separate system) - unless I'm missing something.

Being able to record attendees as either 'In Person' or 'Remote' would be a valuable option.

Basic function within Tidy that stored basic member data when their digital membership card was scanned to enable targeted marketing - ie those who come to games versus those who don't

Note: this example uses Working With Children Checks, but the same pattern should apply to any age-based requirement. Child protection requires that all members aged 18 and over hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and provide their WWCC details to the club. These details are collected at joining and are mandatory for this age group. The WWCC Number and Expiry Date fields must therefore be visible and enforced as required only for members aged 18 and over. For members under 18, these fields must be hidden and not enforced. A member whose WWCC has expired must not be able to complete a membership renewal. The renewal process must block submission until valid, in-date WWCC details are supplied.

Optionally be able to hide a ticket (typically complimentary) until a code is entered. We don't want to advertise that these tickets even exist. Usually these are tickets for sponsors, etc that are not members.

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

Advanced filtering needs an 'or' option. Filter X OR Y OR Z etc etc. Can't believe it is not part of the product.

There isn't an easy way in the interface to search for a specific email or subject or text within the email. The best you can do is use the CMD+F browser find/search functionality but this often isn't useful if you have pages of emails or years of history. Example being with a club who had to find all correspondence to do with a specific member and spent quite a few hours going through everything page by page.
