We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

Being able to upload bulk photos to a Gallery or slideshow would be great rather than having to add each one as an image to a webpage

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

We currently have more than 3,000 emails in our inbox. Being able to categorise emails when archiving them (under Communication) would enable easier access if we need to find a particular conversation thread or an issue previously discussed via email. Email communications are part of the historical governance of an association and therefore some emails have to be stored. Allowing easier ways to find archived emails without having to search through the inbox would make life a lot easier. We change committee members each year and new people have to learn TidyHQ. These new committee members may not have the historical knowledge of our association. Having an easier way to find archived emails would help immensely and improve workflow. Currently, archiving emails does not allow for categorisation of each email for each of access. Thank you. Looking forward to having this option made available in TidyHQ.

Allow for customers to use Direct Debit to pay for memberships, event tickets, shop items. Similar to the way credit card payment option works but bank details are inserted and charged.

Illustrate the live bank account balance. Phase 2 could be to pull in or sync transaction line items.

Our club needs to know at a glance a members age as juniors and Adults are billed differently. We also need to know how long a member has been with the club ( ie current date minus date of joining) as we present awards at AGM for years of service. Finally we need to keep track of our association membership expiry dates and be alerted if a member hasn’t renewed their assisting membership. I know it’s a throwback to excel ( which I still must use) but would configurable custom fields that can perform simple customizable date calculations be possible (ie this date less that date or is todays date after this pre-entered date etc )

We have multiple levels of memberships. When running different events, members may get free tickets or discounted tickets based on their membership. Currently we have to create multiple tickets for each membership type, even though the price is the same or free. Be good to be able to associate multiple memebership type with a ticket

At the moment, the homepage "Events" block only displays the next 3 upcoming events. For organisations like sports associations, this is too restrictive — members and visitors need visibility across a larger range of events (school holidays clinics, presentations, carnivals etc.). The ability to display an event feed on their homepage that allows visitors/members to flick/scroll through all upcoming events.

We have a session that is scheduled to occur on the first Monday of every month and a different session on the second Wednesday of every month. Currently, these have to be setup manually because this repetition pattern is not supported.

Ability to create Sponsorship Levels, accept payments for sponsorship and add them to webpages on multiple layers or sliders. e.g. WP Brand Logo Slider Simple Sponsorships Wordpress plugin
