  1. Discount Codes β€’ Events, Shop, Memberships

Allow for discount codes to be handed out and used to discount some items for event tickets, memberships or shop items. Apply a promotion code: Give your customers a discount by pre-applying a promotion code. If the promo code expires, the payment link will keep working without the discount.

  2. Invoice as a checkout option

If there was a 3rd choice when checking out for a Membership for an β€œInvoice me”That would allow the person to complete the membership application and then have the system raise and send a manual invoice.Similar to when manually processing a member and sending an invoice, it would allow us to track the payment via another means or handle part payments.

  3. Option for names on individual tickets and invoices

I understand that in many cases, event tickets are simply general admission tickets. But in our event a ticket corresponds to a particular person and housing category. It would be helpful if there was an option to print the name of the person for whom a ticket has been issued on the ticket itself. In addition, when an individual makes a purchase of several tickets at the same time, we've had requests to see the names of each person for whom the tickets were purchased listed on the invoice.

  6. Tidy Integration with Square Payment Gateway and POS

We're proposing a new feature integration with Square payment gateway and Point of Sales (POS) system for Tidy. This would allow for seamless transactions and contact synchronisation, enhancing our operational efficiency and overall customer experience. Key Considerations: Transaction Sync: We aim to introduce real-time synchronization of transactions between Tidy and Square, contributing to better accuracy and effectiveness. Contact Sync: Matching transactions with contacts where possible will enable us to generate comprehensive customer profiles and strategize follow-up activities accordingly. Advanced CRM to POS Synergy: By aligning the integration with advanced CRM to POS dynamics (akin to platforms like Xero), we'll be able to deliver a superior user experience. Creation of Payment Logs: We plan to maintain detailed logs for each transaction. This addition will serve as a valuable tool for troubleshooting and auditing. Inventory Sync: To prevent resource mismanagement, we aim to sync inventories real-time between the two platforms. Subscription Management: We'll develop robust mechanisms for managing subscriptions, notably revolving around setup, recurring billing, and cancellations. Refund and Dispute Handling: Clear and firm protocols for managing refunds and disputes will be established, ensuring a smooth potential-issue resolution. Offline Mode: In case of offline services on Square or Tidy, our system will be designed to manage and sync once the connection is restored. Tax Compliance: Given varying regional taxation rules, our integration will adeptly handle differences and accurately apply the correct tax amounts. This feature integration promises to streamline operations, provide better financial visibility, and elevate our customer relationship management. We appreciate your ideas and feedback on this proposed addition!

  8. Enhanced Membership Reporting

Create a dashboard or reports to help with illustrating to a committee or board what is happening with memberships. Date/Period Be able to define the period we want to report on (like Finance reports) Have it compared with the same, previous period Growth Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from Memberships. It can be thought of as the total amount of revenue you can reliably expect to receive on a recurring basis. It is one of the most important metrics for a Membership organisation to track, as it provides a forward-looking measure of growth and predicted revenue. We can calculate the approximate MRR by summing the monthly normalized amounts of all subscriptions from which payment is being collected at that time. For example, an annual subscription for $1,200 only counts $100 towards your MRR. This includes subscriptions in the status=active and status=past_due states. MRR Growth Net Revenue New Members - This occurs when a new or existing customer starts a new active subscription, or upgrades from a free subscription to a paid subscription. Products MRR by M'Ship Level Retention Member churn rate - The churn rate is measured by the sum of churned members/subscribers in the past 30 days divided by the number of active members/subscribers as of 30 days ago, plus any new members/subscribers in those 30 days. Churned Revenue - The churned revenue for a given period is a sum of lost Monthly Recurring Revenue ("MRR”) from churned members/subscribers. If a customer has two subscriptions and cancels both, we will count each cancellation as a churned member/subscriber. Member retention by cohort Revenue retention by cohort Members Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM) - is the total Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) divided by the number of active members/subscribers. Lifetime Value (LTV) Recently Churned Members New Members Number of Members holding 1, 2, 3+ Active Memberships

  9. Separate/Private Inboxes for Each Role

"Our organisation is large and we deal with a number of commercial clients. We need separate or private inboxes for roles in our organisation as much of the communication that we send or receive in these roles is private or confidential information and thus cannot be shared with the entire committee. Private Inboxes are very hard because of the nature of a committee and the handover required. Outlining how the eventual handover could happen for your organisation is critical for us to know and build out a great solution for you. Please add your comments and scenario below for handover etc

  11. Electronic Signatures for Meetings

In a recent audit, we were picked up for not having out minutes signed. As there is no ability for the Chair to sign electronically, we had to print a hard copy of all minutes and get him to sign for the auditor. Can Tidy HQ please consider adding ability to do electronic signatures by the chair

  12. Ability to manually checkout a shop item that was paid for in cash.

We often get people coming to the clubhouse and buying a piece of merchandise over the bar/counter. We want to be able to manually record a purchase (like we do with event tickets).

  13. Shop categories

With a large number of items the Shop can be very "messy". Would be great to categorise groups of shop items to make it easier for people wishing to purchase items. Ideally would like categories, search and filters. Additionally having the ability to add a discount code at certain times would be great.

  14. Have TidyHQ & Stripe Fees Show as Expense

For the Finance pages to be really useable the income should be listed as what is charged to the members etc. and the TidyHQ Fee & Stripe (or other) transaction fees should list as an expense. - I understand why this is not done currently but it is not correct from a reporting point of view.

  15. Events - ability to have events visible to certain Groups only

At the moment, an event is either public (with all details visible) or admin only. If it's public, info like date, time & location can be seen by anyone. There is the ability to limit ticket purchasing to members only but this doesn't stop random people showing up at your event because they have location info. If it's admin only, members can't purchase tickets without manual processing by an admin. It would be useful to have a setting for events where you could make the entire event just visible to a Group (like Members) so this information is unavailable to the general public but members are still able to buy tickets.
